The house was great! With a short walk, we had access to public transportation. The little cafes and restaurants in the area were all good. The restaurant across the street Cambridge Deli and Grill was so good, we ordered from there twice. The neighbors were friendly and the area was nice and quiet. We would definitely stay there again if given the opportunity!

Nice Home

Nice home and nice location! Target within 7 min walk to pickup groceries! We enjoyed the Duck Boat tour, Boston Tea Party (educational) and MIT Museum. We were in town to visit MIT for my grandson. Loved the MIT area and we had great weather!

Great location but noisy upstairs neighbors

This apartment is a short walk from Central Square with easy access to the Red Line T (subway system). Comfy memory-foam type mattresses on the beds, with soft linens. Shower in shared bathroom is tiny and would not be comfortable for big-and-tall gentlemen (or ladies). Only problem was that upstairs neighbors (over the bedroom with ensuite) have children who ran around noisily in the very early mornings. If you are a sound sleeper, or have to get up early anyway, this won't be an issue, but otherwise you are guaranteed to be awakened each morning by the pitter patter of (heavy) little feet!

My daughter and I stayed here for a week while she attended a program at Harvard. The location was ideal - an easy walk to campus with convenient access to groceries, restaurants, and other amenities nearby. The unit was comfortable and clean, and the property manager was excellent and very responsive to our questions. We experienced some low water pressure in the kitchen, which they offered to address, though we ultimately didn't need service. The kitchen was well-equipped for preparing simple meals, and while the cookware could use some updating, it was perfectly adequate for a short-term rental.I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 due to noise from the upstairs unit. From 6:30-8:00 AM and again from 4:00-7:00 PM on weekdays we could hear a lot of foot traffic. During our weekend days, the activity continued throughout the day. The walls are thin, so footsteps and voices carry clearly. On our final night, it was especially noisy. For the price point, the noise level was disappointing and affected our stay.Overall, this is a well-managed property in an excellent location, but potential guests should be aware of possible noise from neighboring units.

Place worked well for us and we enjoyed our trip. The kitchen was very nicely appointed (save for the wall faucet mounted on a countertop?? lol)Furnishings were sub-par--especially at this price point.
