Castnetter 6 on Anna Maria Island is a charming island retreat just steps from the seven-acre, lifeguard-protected Manatee Public Beach. This bright and inviting 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo comfortably sleeps six, with a queen bed in the primary suite, two twin beds in the guest bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen was fully updated in 2026 with new cabinets and modern appliances, making it perfect for cooking and entertaining during your beach getaway.

The kitchen is fully equipped, making vacation meals a breeze. Step out from the living room onto your private 10' x 30' sun deck, complete with a dining table, chairs, and chaise loungers, perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

Guests enjoy complimentary access to a shared laundry facility, shared pool, high-speed internet, expanded cable, and national long-distance calling. The living room offers a flat-screen TV, while both bedrooms feature 32" flat-screen TVs. Beach chairs and beach gear are also provided at no extra charge, making it easy to relax and enjoy the island lifestyle.

The Anna Maria Island Trolley is located directly across the street and is a free, easy way to get around the island without a car. It runs north to south along Gulf Drive, from the Anna Maria City Pier to Coquina Beach. The trolley stops frequently, about every few blocks, making it convenient to hop on and off near beaches, restaurants, and shops. It operates daily, year-round, generally from early morning until late evening. Trolleys arrive about every 20 minutes.

Alan the hose was great, he responded quickly. The place was great near Manatee Beach and the beach bar/restaurant, and the bus stop. The area was great close to everything needed, grocery store, drug store and many restaurants. Was a great get away in the awful weather in Virginia!

Fun stay at Castnetter!

We enjoyed our two week stay at Castnetter Resort! The unit was very clean and had plenty of towels, dishes and pots/pans. It is located across the street from Manatee Public Beach and we had beach chairs, umbrella and cart to use at the beach. We discovered live music on Sundays, Wednesdays and Fridays at the park so we could enjoy watching the sunset while listening to great music. Thanks for a fun, relaxing winter getaway!

Great location and clean condo

My 2 kids and I stayed at this Holmes Beach property for 8 nights in July. We found it very clean and the location was excellent across the street from Manatee Beach. We all enjoyed the pool but I imagine it could be tricky if both units want to use it at the same time. While the pricing was within the normal range for 2 bedroom condos, I did find a number of maintenance needs that would be obvious with a bit of property management attention. Also note that no bikes are provided even though at the time of my booking, the listing said they were included. The owners agreed to reimburse for rental bikes but we ended up not pursuing that activity. Overall, this is a nice condo that would fit a family of 4 comfortably and in a convenient location.

Overall the property was great and we would stay again. The corner was busy, but also allowed for access to the beach, eating options, groceries and shopping within walking distance. The beach items included were great! Chairs, a wagon / cooler, an umbrella were much appreciated and easy to transport. The pool was heated but still a bit cold. We did get in as it was really hot weather during out stay but it could use a boost in temp. Overall happy with our choice and will stay again.
