Wake Up to Waves – King Master Suite & Beach Path

Tropical paradise, just steps to the beach! This beautifully remodeled 3/2 bungalow is completely new and full of amenities including professionally laundered bedding, ample towels, a new kitchen with a coffee station, an eat-in island and more. Walk to the grocery store, restaurants, shops, pharmacies, and more. Marvel at the wild parrots while you grill your favorite meal in a lush park like setting. Larger group? Ask about renting both sides of the duplex together!

The space
This home is fully remodeled from top to bottom. The kitchen has an everything you will need for your stay. The master suite has a king bed, a 55” smart tv, a new bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a private entrance. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, in suite laundry, and a smart tv. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin and full size combo. The second bathroom is brand new and has a beautifully remodeled shower. Outside there is furniture on a private patio in the rear, and a park style picnic table on the beach side. There is also a park style charcoal grill with all necessary grill utensils.

This property was amazing! It had plenty of room and amenities for our group to comfortably enjoy our stay here. AC kept the place nice and cool during the scorching hot week. The property is 2 blocks from the beach which was perfect. It was also located within walking distance from multiple stores and restaurants which made it very easy to access anything you needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome location! Next to strip mall with several restaurants, ice cream, souvenir stores and Publix and yet only 2 block (3 minute walk) to beautiful wide white sand low density beach. 6 minute walk on beach to Manatee public beach, cafe, and Skinny’s Olace restaurant. Perfect! House was equipped with everything needed. Outside seating was nice in the evenings. Beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels were perfect for our needs. Plenty of air conditioning capacity and overhead fans to cool down after beach.We hope to be able to come back here.

The home was immaculately clean. It is a small home but plenty of space for our family of four. Located two blocks from the beach in a less “traffic-y” area and the same walking distance to Publix, Walgreens and several restaurants. The AMI beaches are beautiful and not overly crowded, even leading up to July 4th. Had a great time!
