This ranch-style 2 Family Home (duplex) is located in Holmes Beach on Anna Maria Island just 3 blocks from the beach, 1 block from Holmes Beach town center, and less than a block from the free island trolley stop. Pets are welcome for a $100 non-refundable fee.

Full Description (side B):
Home is nicely furnished with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a kitchen & a great room with full view of the pool. The Master Bedroom has a queen bed & a master bath. Bedroom 2 has a king bed & direct access/view of the smaller left side patio/yard space. Bedroom 3 has both a double/full bunk bed (2 full beds) & a twin bunk bed (2 twin beds), making it an ideal kid or whole family bedroom. The great room has a Samsung TV. ALL bedrooms have TVs. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary amenities & the great room has a sit-down dining area to accommodate all. The unit has a fully enclosed yard for your privacy. This fenced in area includes the pool, pool shed, a grill, a bar/tabletop area, a rear outside shower & an extra smaller side patio on the left side of the home with additional seating off Bedroom 2. WIFI & cable are ready for your use. Note: cable is streamed through the Spectrum App on all TVs. Netflix should already be loaded & ready on the living room TV but often guests log out of this. There is a portable DVD player & Bluetooth speaker in the living room for your use. There is also a fairly large laundry room in the home.

The Pool:
Relax & enjoy the privacy of your own pool. The entire yard is fenced in with a 6' privacy fence. The pool is heated by a heat pump.

Outdoor Shower:
Located at the rear of the home.

Pool & Beach Items:
Coolers, extra chairs, a few beach chairs, a beach umbrella, pool toys & beach toys are all in the pool shed for your use but do change guest to guest.

There are 3 driveway spots (1 for each bedroom).

Pets are welcome for an extra $100 non-refundable fee.

Local Spots:
Just 3 blocks from the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico (just down 51st St. or 52nd St) & virtually next door to Holmes Beach's wonderful restaurants, shops & bars. The free local trolley stop is less than a block away & available approx. every 20 minutes from roughly 6am-10:30pm (Sunday & holiday hours may be different). Publix grocery & shopping center is just 0.9 miles away. We are located centrally on the island and just north of the Manatee Ave bridge. Bridge Street, Anna Marie City Pier and The Rod & Reel Pier are all just 3 miles away.

Deposit to Book: $500.00 per week with the balance due 30 days prior to check-in.
