The private door from the parking area takes you inside to a set of newly carpeted stairs leading to the studio.This cozy space features 1 brand new modern MurphyBed & a new Zinus queen mattress, 1 bathroom with shower and also handheld shower wand, A simple human dispenser contains shampoo, conditioner & body-wash. Provided amenities like WiFi and AC. Perfect for solo travelers or couples looking for a comfortable stay. We think our place will help you experience everything Greensboro has to offer. You will be in the heart of downtown with the ability to walk everywhere for food, local brewery experiences, shopping & even Broadway shows!! You will love this space which is hard to find including free parking in downtown! We do not allow pets as we have recently installed wall to wall carpet. Not sure why pets allowed is on this listing but it shouldn’t be and trying to remove it.
