Serena promptly notified me of a booking issue and that this reservation wouldn't be available. However she also provided two other options as a substitute. We decided on an apartment in a gated community and was pleased. Not only was she great with communication, but I ended up needed to extend my trip by a few days and she was able to make it happen each time on the fly. Great host, great stay, If I have the opportunity to use her again I won't hesitate.

Our stay involved repeated and concerning sanitation issues.In the original unit, we discovered food residue on dishes and cookware, and most concerning, a used condom and wrappers in a dresser drawer that was accessible to a child. We were relocated after reporting this.Despite assurances that the alternate unit had been personally inspected and cleaned, additional personal items from a previous guest (used underwear) were later discovered under bedroom furniture after we had already settled in.A maintenance issue (broken microwave handle door) was also reported during the stay.When we inquired about extending our reservation, we were informed there had been complaints about us, though no details were provided. Additionally, the extension pricing discussed differed from the rate shown through the platform.While relocation was offered, the repeated cleanliness oversights and inconsistent communication made the experience stressful, particularly while traveling with children. We encourage future guests to inspect thoroughly upon arrival.

When your initial concern was reported, we responded promptly and relocated you to another unit so your stay could continue comfortably, and the maintenance item mentioned during your visit was addressed. Regarding your request to extend, extensions are always subject to availability, house guidelines, and consideration for neighboring residents. During your stay there were several concerns related to noise and the number of pets, which made it difficult for us to accommodate an extended reservation while maintaining a comfortable environment for others at the property. We appreciate you staying with us and wish you and your family the best in your future travels.
