Spend time with your significant other on the deck built into the boulders with a hot tub, fire pit, outdoor shower and cowboy pool!



Enjoy the nature elements inside the elegantly decorated interior. Cuddle up with blankets on the couch while watching a movie or open up your master bedroom patio doors to sip your morning coffee.

Guest Access:

You will have full access to the property through your custom smart lock code.



IMPORTANT NOTE:

Please note: Cowboy pools are unavailable from November through March.

Supply Closet is not accessible for guests



Hot Tub rules:

To protect your own health and safety and the integrity of tub and linens, all guests must shower before and after using hot tub.

No pets of any kind or size in hot tub.

Please leave spa covers on and secured after use. Spa cover is for insulation only and is not designed to support weight. Please do not stand or sit on spa cover.



The Neighborhood:

Please use Google Maps for best directions to the property. Make sure you take "Spencer rd" and not "Griffith Rd".

Griffith rd will take you to the back side of the property, and you will not be able to drive to the front side through there. Always verify you are at the correct address before proceeding to enter.



* Please be aware that parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited in this house. We prioritize the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all our guests, as well as our neighbors. We kindly request that you respect this policy during your stay. Failure to do so, will result in a 500 USD fine for guests.



* Additionally, any late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a 100 USD fee.



* Please note that the property sits near a busy road; you should expect to hear traffic noise and engine sounds during your stay



Other Things to Note:

★ OUTDOOR SPACE ★

Your fully fenced private backyard features a shaded outdoor dining area for meals with your significant other. You have a cozy firepit on the deck overlooking the beautiful desert sunsets. Utilize the outdoor shower, dip your toes into the pool and soak into the warmth of the hot tub.



★ INTERNET ★

The home has high-speed internet access through Spectrum. Use the Smart TV to stream Netflix, Hulu, etc.



★ PARKING ★

Driveway has plenty of space to park 4 cars maximum.



★ BEDROOMS ★

Master Bedroom with King Bed. Features patio doors that directly open up to your private front yard with outdoor seating.



★ KITCHEN & DINING ★

Fully equipped Kitchen with high-end appliances: refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, and all the basic kitchen essentials: Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils



★ SECURITY ★

One Ring Flood Light security camera is located at the front of the house for your security. NO cameras are located inside the property or the backyard.



◦ THINGS TO NOTE:

Paved Roads/Dirt Roads: Dirt driveway capable of low riding car but take it slow

Cell phone coverage: Yes cellphone coverage



◦ Wildlife: this is the rural desert and we share the space with the wildlife. You may encounter desert ants, mice, coyotes, or if you’re lucky a bobcat.



◦ RULES:

Noise ordinance: Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. No external speakers allowed. Any noise related discrepancies will result in at least a $1000 fine.



◦ SMOKING POLICY

No smoking inside the house or within 10ft. Smoke residue will result in excessive cleaning fees



◦ Restricted Areas:

Any locked closet or room is restricted. If forcibly entered you could be held liable for any unaccounted for item.



◦ Hot Tub/cowboy Pool:

Hot Tub Use: Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times.

Please rinse off any oils, lotions, or substances before entering the spa, as these can affect water quality and cause discoloration.

No drinking in the hot tub, please.

Be sure to keep the cover on when not in use, especially since we're in the desert and debris can easily get into the water.

Any misuse of the hot tub may result in an additional charge for extra maintenance.



-Cowboy Tub Availability-

The cowboy tub is drained and unavailable for guest use during winter months (November - March) to prevent the filter from freezing and breaking.



◦ Photoshoots & Video:

No un permitted photoshoots or videoing at the home. If you would like to use our home for those purposes please send us a message. Any unauthorized filming will result in a $5000 violation and production fee.





IMPORTANT NOTE for HOT TUB and COWBOY POOL

To protect your own health, safety, and the integrity of tub and linens, and to ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of our facilities all guests must shower before and after using hot tub.



• We kindly request all guests to rinse their feet, bodily oils, and lotions before entering the hot tub and cowboy pool area. Failure to do so may result in the accumulation of dirt, debris, and contaminants in the water, which can compromise the overall experience for all users.



• No pets of any kind or size in hot tub and cowboy pool.



• Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub and cowboy pool.



• Please do not stand or sit on hot tub or cowboy pool cover.



• Children must be supervised at all times.



• Please heat the hot tub with cover on and avoid the urge to add hot water from the stove, it will damage the hot tub



• Please leave spa covers on and secured after use. Spa cover is for insulation only and is not designed to support weight.



Please be advised that if the condition of the hot tub and pool is left in poor conditions due to guests not rinsing their body and feet, an additional fee may be charged for excessive dirtiness. This fee will cover the cost of the necessary cleaning and maintenance required to restore the hot tub and pool to its optimal condition.



We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a clean and enjoyable environment for all guests. By adhering to this requirement, we can ensure that everyone can fully enjoy the benefits of our hot tub and pool facilities.



◦ Items left behind will incur a minimum return shipping fee of $50, depending on the shipping address

* * Pet Fee is $100 per pet. We are unable to accommodate cats due to the owner's severe allergy. Appreciate your understanding!
