Dated, dingy, and dirty

We were hoping for more, but this place needs a major update. Very dated and dirty. Found a fingernail and lots of hair on the beds, when we had to make them ourselves upon arrival. Found animal feces in the drawers, and spiders were everywhere. We almost left upon arrival and went somewhere else, but decided to try and clean it ourselves a bit. The owners provided very few amenities, which was not relayed to us prior. We had to go get paper towels, trash bags, coffee filters, toilet paper, and soaps. In addition, they make you take your trash to the dump, and while somewhat close, should not be a renter responsibility. The dock was the best part, and the only thing in relatively decent condition. Kids enjoyed that part. Not sure why we didn’t take pictures, but we will not be returning, and unfortunately we cannot recommend.
