Never park in neighbors driveway on N side of house nor in front of driveway. 2 cars in driveway and all others use street (legal) parking spots. Shut and lock all windows and doors.
If you used BBQ, you are responsible for cleaning and putting cover back on. Do not leave any visible garbage on floors or counters.
