We had an amazing time at this beautiful house. Clean and very nice for me and my adult kids. Short walk to the beach. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and ping pong table. Would definitely stay again.

We found this property exactly as presented in the website. Everywhere in the house was very clean and well maintained, as well as the surrounding property. We ate in much of the time and was very happy with how well supplied the kitchen was with cookery, utensils, dishes. The family enjoyed the use of the hot tub, which was clean and easy to use. We especially enjoyed the fire pit to sit around, visit, and recap our days. All in all, we couldn't have been happier with Beachy Pine and look forward to visiting again.

We rented this house for our family. We had six adults, two children under 10, and two children under two. It was so spacious and clean. We loved the outdoor spaces. The owners are great at communication and very prompt in their responses. The house was wonderful?

Amazing home

Awesome property! It was beautiful and clean, walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The only reason I didn’t do five stars was the paperwork you have to fill out prior to your stay. I’ve never had to fill out names and ages of all those staying at the property as well as vehicles and licenses plates and pet paperwork. It just seemed like a bit of overkill. The hosts were very communicative and kind.

Bachelorette weekend

Great place , we had 10 people staying with us and we all fit, we did bring air mattresses. The house was so cozy and close to town. Less than 5 minutes away. The place was so clean and just a wonderful weekend away. We all had a blast at the house and Mahalo and Malia were great host!

Annual cousins get together

Check in with as a breeze and the house had a welcoming rustic feel and was nice and clean! With 10 of us, the layout was great with the kitchen in between two living room spaces so the adults could visit in one and kids could watch TV or play the games in the other. Having 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was a plus too. Back deck was large and the hot tub was a hit for the kids. The fire pit was lovely as well. Although we didn’t have time to use any of the bikes, the boys loved the foosball table and ping pong table in the garage. It was a jam packed 2 nights and days and I would love to come back again and stay longer. It was a pleasure working with Malia!

As a work team, we enjoyed this home! The home was clean and sanitary, the additional accommodations made it extra homey, such as; bikes to ride into town and he beach. The firepit got a lot of use. The hot tub was great. There is a game room and plenty of room for each of us to hang out or have alone time. I highly recommend this home and will definitely book again!

Brought the entire family to Seaside. The house was perfect for all of us. Plenty of room, activites. Close to the beach. Walking distance to the shops and ice cream shop.Everyone loved it! Cleaners just finished up as we were checking in. Very polite and friendly. Hosts were very friendly and helpful too.

We stayed three nights with a large group that included our teenage kids and some of their friends, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.The location is amazing—within walking distance to the main strip and the beach which made it easy to explore shops, choose from multiple restaurants and enjoy everything Seaside has to offer.The home itself is super cozy with a fun beachy feel. Malia was raised in Honaunau, Hawaii in a little town south of Kona. We love raising our daughter Pualani on the lovely Oregon Coast. Our business area includes Gearhart, Seaside, Cannon Beach & Arch Cape. We enjoy walking around the beaches year-round, swimming in the creeks during the summer warmer months, or surfing. Some of our favorite hiking spots are Oswald West and Ecola State Park from Crest beach to Indian beach. Everywhere we go we see someone we are connected to. From going to the post office, grocery shopping, having a meal, or just shopping. Which is why we started our business Kukui House Services here. Kukui means “light” in Hawaiian. Kukui “Light” House Services. We help owners with their rental or private home, and our guests so they experience a wonderful stay. Our clients tell us we are friendly, have quality cleans, and are responsive.
