Nice location

The property was easy to find and provided what my family and I needed for our trip. The location allows for ease of travel via ferry or car. Also, David was awesome to work with and was extremely flexible.

Comfortable and Sparkling! King Size Bed!!

I stayed here for a few days while I had a professional training in Berkeley, CA. The home was clean, comfortable and relaxing. I had a minor issue with the entry codes but received instant help from the host with no issues. My favorite part was the King Size bed--its so hard to find that size and I am happy that this worked out in several aspects. Looking forward to a future stay since my training goes through April 2025. Thank you x100!

You should feel confident that I take extra steps to ensure the place is clean as possible. I use a professional housecleaning company that wipes down everything with hydrogen peroxide wipes. Hydrogen Peroxide is a safe but very effective means of sanitizing furniture, bathroom, and kitchen. I use hospital-grade cleaners and uv I bet no one else does this, I use UV light to disinfect the furniture and bed every for every time a new guest arrives and vacuum bed and sofa.
