• Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, marijuana, and vaping) is strictly prohibited inside and outside the property. Violations will result in a $500 fine.
• Absolutely no access to the roof — the door must remain open for fire code compliance, but guests are not permitted on the roof at any time
