Relax and unwind in this newly renovated 2nd floor condo in Innsbrook Village, located in the heart of the Sierra Blanca mountains. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the proximity to hiking and biking trails. Just minutes away, explore the charming village shops and restaurants of Ruidoso. Featuring 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the condo comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. The open concept living area is perfect for relaxing, complete with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a gas log fireplace. There is also central heat, a washer & dryer, WiFi, a workstation and a private patio with propane grill. You will often see elk, deer, and the local horses roaming the grounds! As our guests you will have access to all of the amenities at Innsbrook Village for free. A 9-hole par 3 golf course, tennis, pickleball, fishing, basketball and a seasonal pool. There is no additional charge for the use of the amenities! Pickleball paddles and balls are provided.

Why they chose this property
We fell in love with Ruidoso a few years ago and needed a place to escape the Texas heat! We chose Innsbrook Village for our vacation home because of the amenities and it is close to Cedar Creek recreation area. Just a short walk to some amazing trails!
