Welcome to our Florida Beach Vacation Rental! A 15 min drive to world famous Clearwater Beach & other renowned beaches like Indian Rocks, Madeira Beach, Redington Beach, Treasure Island & lovely St Pete!

A peaceful & very clean getaway conveniently located on the edge of Clearwater & Largo, making us within min to amazing restaurants & stores like Walmart, Target, Publix & so much more.

Once inside, you are welcomed by modern yet comfortable furniture throughout.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything from coffee, pots and pans to cookie cutters!

The main bedroom is a peaceful retreat with a comfortable memory foam, king-sized bed and a private full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has another king bed, with a workspace and personal mirror. The 3rd bedroom is equipped with a twin bed that converts to a King and an extremely comfortable chair. The second bathroom has a tub and shower.

Bring the entire family; toddler and baby friendly with a playpen and high chair. We have coolers, a grill, loungers, everything you need to enjoy your vacation.

Cool off in the pool or relax around the fire pit. If you want to venture out of the peaceful walls, within a 5 mile radius are Mediterranean restaurants, Italian restaurants, Sushi places, Chinese restaurants, and many different fast food options. Or if you're feeling more like cooking a home meal: there's Publix and Super Walmart nearby.

We have a great two-car driveway in a safe and quiet neighborhood. So that you never have to worry about parking.

There is a washer and dryer in the garage.

(depending on traffic). With every new booking, guests are provided with a brand-new code to enter. This permits a very easy and secure check-in.

The entrance is equipped with a Ring doorbell that records any movement outside of the front door- ensuring your safety at all times. House is conveniently located near different types of restaurants, eateries, classic cuisine, international cuisine, fast food, etc. See last photo with map and list of restaurants.

Pool Heating Disclosure

We are pleased to offer complimentary pool heating during the winter season (December–March) — a feature many nearby properties charge extra for.

• Pool heater is set to 85°F and operates approximately 8 hours per day
• Pool heating may take up to 48 hours to reach maximum temperature
• Actual water temperature is weather-dependent and may not always reach the set temperature

Please note that a heated pool is not intended to feel like a hot tub or bath and may still feel cool, especially during colder or windy weather. The heating system operates during daylight hours, so the pool typically reaches its warmest temperature by early to mid-afternoon, depending on outdoor conditions.

⚠️ Important Temperature Limitations
• Pool heaters become significantly less effective when outdoor temperatures fall below 60°F
• The pool heater will not operate when outside temperatures are below 50°F

Pool heating may be requested outside of the winter season for an additional fee, subject to weather conditions.

No refunds or credits will be issued for dissatisfaction with pool temperature, as pool heating performance is influenced by factors beyond the host’s control.
