Ocean front studio condo w/views of pool, ocean & Sleeping Giant Mountain

Great location in Kauai's Coconut Coast especially for sunrises over the ocean from your private balcony. This cozy 2nd floor corner unit condo offers guests a retreat with a king bed, views of the ocean, pool & Sleeping Giant mountain. Its sturdy cynderblock construction helps for privacy between units. Centally located on the island, it is convenient to explore both North Shore & South/West sides. There are many eateries & shopping within walking distance plus 2 of my favorite Eastside hidden gems as beaches go on both sides of the complex. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like WiFi, AC, pool, cabanas, hot tub, plus the bike path that hugs the ocean runs right next to the property. It is a great spot to relax in after a day of exploring the island or by the pool & pool bar. We look forward to hosting you at our place.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Wash, dry and put dishes & kitchen ware back in place
Keep the AC on to at least 69° & put parking pass back in room.
Sweep sand up from inside the unit & on the lanai.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please only cook fish on the grills outside- not in the unit.

Why they chose this property

I love this area because the bike path is here and also 2 of my favorite little beaches are a 5 minute walk in either direction.

What makes this property unique

I love this complex because it has an old Hawaiiana feel, you cannot hear your neighbors inside of your unit and it's super mellow.
