On the ground floor next to a refreshing pool and sandy swimmer friendly beach. This condo will immerse you in the the Aloha lifestyle with beautiful Koa wood furniture and local Kauai art.

On the tip of Wailua Bay (Horners Reef) and the Kukui Heiau you have miles of walking and bike paths to explore the oceanfront Kauai Path (Ke Ala Hele Makalae).

Lae Nani is in a perfect location. Walking distance to many restaurants and the Coconut Marketplace. Our unit was well appointed with cooking utensils and very clean. We look forward to spending another week next year!

We absolutely loved the location of this unit and would definitely stay here again! The views were incredible, and it was the perfect place to relax.The only thing we wished the unit had was a washer and dryer.There was a mix-up with our check-in date, so the room hadn't been cleaned when we arrived. We contacted Bernadette, and she responded immediately. While we sat on the patio enjoying the beautiful view, she promptly came over and had the room cleaned for us.Communication throughout our stay was excellent. Bernadette is truly the person to contact if you need anything—she was friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of.We had a wonderful stay and can't wait to return!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location of the complex seemed to be central to everything on Kauai with some shops and restaurants within walking distance. The instructions from the host were complete and easy to understand so entry to the property and parking were easy and convenient. The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The best part is how the pool and beach are just steps from the Lanai and the beach walk is great too! The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was great to have 2 bathrooms. The host notified us that the air conditioning wasn't working before we got there and they were waiting for a part. Luckily we didn't find the need for it during our stay. The laundry is not in the unit like we thought, I must have missed that it is a coin laundry by the managers office. The place was clean but a deeper cleaning could be done. Overall we were happy with the accommodations and would stay here again
