The cabin was great. It was super private and had everything we needed. Everything, including the hot tub, was super clean. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book here again!

Quick getaway

We had a great time in Hocking Hills with beautiful weather. Kevin and Julie are great hosts and communication was prompt. The cabin was perfect and close to all of the major hiking trails. Definitely recommend staying at Cedar Grove.

As always, our stay was quiet, peaceful, and restorative

We have been staying in this same cabin at Cedar Grove for quiet, recharging getaways for well over 10 years, and it feels like a second home to us. The cabins are always clean and welcoming, and a perfect place to step away from the world for a time of rest and reconnection with each other and with nature. Our dog loves the large field behind this cabin, and the trails through the woods are well-marked and perfect for an easy and relaxing walk. We never even consider staying anywhere else when we have a chance to get away. Why risk it when we always know we have a sure thing here?

Perfect Family Getaway

We stayed at the Oldfield Cabin in Cedar Grove for Thanksgiving on a family trip, and it was outstanding. The cabin was spotless, fully equipped with everything needed to cook, and the beds were brand-new and extremely comfortable. The satellite TV had every channel we could want, plus a Smart TV for streaming. The pellet furnace kept the cabin perfectly warm during snowy days. The location is excellent, the hot tub was a highlight, and the new gas grill was a great bonus. Check-in and check-out were both easy. Highly recommended, we’ll definitely be returning.

We cannot give this property and our experience enough stars! The cabin was impeccable and was even better than we were expecting. The grounds were private but still close to everything that we wanted to do. We will definitely be coming back!

We loved our stay at old field cabin, very clean , anything you could possibly need in the guest house that is accessible at your convenience and host was very professional and responds quickly to any questions you may have!
