Very nice and clean apartment. Larger than expected. Easy 5 min drive to all activities downtown, but in a quiet neighborhood. Steep stairs, so make sure nobody has difficulty. All in all a great stay.

Nice place in a great part of town. Walk to restaurants, etc.
Look - its a LOT of pink. Not particularly my aesthetic, but it's still a clean, comfortable room that's close to the colleges and downtown. We walked to restaurants and markets. Definitely would rent again.
Overall, the property was nice and offered a comfortable room, living room, kitchen, and coffee area. The apartment has its own entrance door separate from the other co-located properties. Walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. We couldn’t get WiFi until the last night of our stay! All in all, I would recommend the property for a weekend in Burlington! .

Disliked: Listing accuracy
Overall, the property was barely acceptableand certainly not a place that I would go back to.On the positive side:- comfortable bed – Comfortable pillows – Spacious kitchen, nice sink & faucet– Very nice – Nice TVNot so good: –extremely steep and somewhat dangerous stairs (not listed in property description)– tiny and dimly lit bathroom– Even tinier shower– Three conflicting access codes provided on arrival– Small but very noisy air conditioner– Very uncomfortable furniture in sitting room– Not enough plugs and no extension cords– Kitchen knives extremely dull– No dresser drawers in bedroom– Charging and power brick on island stopped working– Freezer had 2 inches of frost built up– Powered trashcan lid had no batteries installed– No recycling container provided– Neighborhood very noisyDownright bad:– Windows were filthy, see photoThings to consider adding:– working clock- thermometer–use instructions for microwave and hotpot– local info binder– Small tea selection- extension cordsAll in all, most of these items are small, but the fact that they’re minor and not taken care of tells me that this property is neglected. This was my first experience, renting a VRBO property and frankly I’m not very impressed.
