NO NEED TO WAIT ON ELEVATORS! This unit has a reserved parking spot located on the second ramp of the garage. However you can skip the loading and unloading via the elevators by parking in an unmarked spot on the fifth floor of the parking deck and walk straight into the unit.

Once you park you will never have to get back into your car and you won’t want to. Several restaurants are within walking distance. Enjoy live music and entertainment at one of the local favorites; Schooner’s on the Beach which is just down the street. Order a pizza from Shore Shack Pizza across the street. Notable attractions including Pier Park are just minutes away. Take Thomas Drive to Back Beach Road (98) or Middle Beach Rd (Hutchinson Blvd).

Treasure Island is away from all the heavy traffic areas. If you have ever been to PCB during the peak time you know how traffic can come to a grinding halt on Front Beach Road. Thomas Drive is peaceful and if you want to get away from it all, this is the place. The high rise itself is relatively new, having been constructed in 2005. Treasure Island requires all occupants to register at the front office to get their parking pass and pool bands. This fee is paid directly to Treasure Island. As of 04/01/2026 this fee was $35+Tax but is subject to change. It is for the safety of all our guests to ensure that our parking deck is occupied only by paying guests.

Smoking is not permitted in the condo or on the balcony. No pets are allowed.
