Our unit is on the 3rd floor with a gorgeous view of the gulf. Did you know that the master bedrooms in the majority of Seychelles units other than the end caps DO NOT offer a direct view of the gulf? NOT OURS! Wouldn’t you rather walk directly out onto the balcony from the master suite and enjoy your favorite morning or evening beverage?

The master suite offers a dreamy king size bed and 40' flat panel TV. Room darkening curtains are installed so you you can sleep in late, you won't know what time it is nor should you care, THIS IS YOUR VACATION! Sleep with the curtains open and it is like you are sleeping directly on the beach under the stars.
This unit can sleep 4 adults comfortably with bedding available for up to six persons (6). The bunk room has been converted into a cozy bedroom with a queen bed and flat panel TV. Sleeper sofa in the living room sleeps two more. Cozy kitchen provides all the amenities of home; microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc. A stacked washer and dryer is located in the utility room for your convenience. If you are looking for a beach get-a-way this is the unit for you!
BEACH SERVICE is included from early March to Mid-October. This includes two lounge chairs and umbrella laid out daily on the beach. See rental agreement for details.
WI-FI is available throughout the complex at no extra cost.

Once you park you will never have to get back into your car and you won’t want to. Several restaurants are within walking distance. Enjoy live music and entertainment at one of the local favorites; Schooner’s on the Beach which is right next door. Order a pizza from Shore Shack pizza across the street. Walk to Patches Pub for local color.

ELECTRONIC DOOR LOCKS, no waiting in line to check in at office!
NO NEED TO TAKE AN ELEVATOR, just park on the top deck of the parking garage and walk directly to the unit. Both the master bedroom and living room have gorgeous views of the gulf. Step directly onto the balcony and sip your favorite beverage.
The PROPERTY MANAGEMENT FEE includes Clean Fee, one (1) Parking Pass, Property Band Rental for Common Area, Damage Waiver covering up to $1500 in damage (see section on DAMAGE WAIVER FEE in Rental Agreement) and Office Processing fee. A valid Visa, Master Card or Discover Card number is required to be on file.
PARKING: A parking fee of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25) will be included in your reservation quote. The pass can be found in the unit upon your arrival. The parking garage is for owners and guests only as spaces are limited. It will be the responsibility of the guest to display the pass in its proper location with the required information being fully visible from outside the vehicle at all times while parked on Seychelles property. If the vehicle does not have a rear view mirror, the required information on the pass must be fully visible from the driver’s side dash at all times while parked on Seychelles property. All unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owners' expense. Please note Seychelles contains 1.1 parking spaces per unit, therefore during the peak season one space per unit will be adhered to closely for fairness of owners and guests. When permissible a second pass can be requested at an additional fee of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25).

This condo is everything you'd want on your vacation. It is conveniently located. The elevators were not loud and were fast. I think it was the easiest unloading experience we have ever had. It was the perfect size for us(2 adults and 1 child). The beds were sooooo comfortable. I slept better on the master bed than i do on my own. It was really hard to leave.

Myself, my husband our 16 yr old daughter and her friend stayed at Seychelles 305 and it was the perfect home away from home! It was super clean and beautifully kept. All communication was extremely easy and prompt. Check-in and check-out was easy. Could not have asked for a more flawless trip. Not to mention, being next door to Schooners was a HUGE bonus! We'll definitely be returning!!

We love Seychelles! Gerry’s 2 bedroom unit has the best sunset view from the balcony. Condo was clean and tidy. Master bed was very comfortable. The facilities are wonderful. Love being close to Schnooers for easy relaxing dinner or drinks. We will definitely come back!

Property was nice and clean. Second bedroom was very small! Only had room for the queen bed. It had no room for a dresser or closet. Door just cleared the bed.
Wonderful condo with beautiful ocean view. Centrally located to many amenities. Parking was great with walk straight into condo from 3rd floor parking deck. Nice swimming pools with great ocean views.

We love Panama City, our 3rd visit. Our Condo was beautiful, the nicest we have ever stayed in. The kitchen was so well stocked with things you need, toaster, knives, pots pans. A quiet dishwasher, great ice maker, a full size stackable washer and dryer. Loved the big balcony, and the bedroom on the front looking over the ocean. Just a great stay, can't wait to go back.

Wonderful condo! Responsive owner!
We loved the condo. It was nicely equipped and in a great location. Gerry was very responsive and quick to remedy the one little problem we had. Would love to stay in this unit again!
The unit was clean, had all of the utensils, dishes, etc. that we needed. I also appreciated having a vacuum and broom so that I could tidy up mid week. The owner Gerry is easy to contact and quick to respond to any questions or issues. This is the 2nd time we've stayed in this condo and will rent again.next year.

We have stayed at Seychelles several times and always enjoy it. This unit is exactly as shown and had everything we needed. Gerry was very easy to communicate with. The convenience of the 3rd floor was a bonus and elevator noise was not an issue as quiet hours were observed.
I was surprised how clean and spacious the condo was. The extra room was small but everything else was beyond expectations. Great view from the balcony of the beach and surrounding area. And the beds were a dream! Definitely booking this again.
Also the manager was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed .

This condo is very clean and well stocked. The communication with the owner was excellent. We especially loved the high top table and chairs on the balcony. The TV’s in the main living area and Main bedroom room are awesome. The washer and dryer were a higher quality than most and actually dried our towels.

We absolutely loved this condo! It was the perfect size for our family of four, the kitchen was very well equipped, beautifully decorated and clean! The king bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and they had plenty of extra pillows! This unit is right next to the elevators which was super convenient especially with kids! Gerry was so easy to get a hold of and responded quickly to any questions that we had. We were so sad to leave but we will definitely be back!

Condo was everything advertised. Super clean, tastefully decorated with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Gerry was very communicative and helpful. The view of the Gulf is amazing and the beach literally steps away. The only thing to be aware of is the proximity to the elevator—it can be a little noisy at times. Not an issue for us though.

Condo and Location is perfect.
This was our 3rd stay at 305. Owner is great and the location is perfect. Only complaint is we wish the HOA would allow people to swim in the pools past 10pm. In the past this has not been an issue but this year they very Rudely ran everyone out at 10PM sharp. When your on vacation you want to relax In the pool after dinner. I suggest Midnight or Adults only after 10 PM.

Matt and his family have been wonderful repeat guests. We hope they will allow us to continue to provide the very best in accommodations for them to enjoy their hard earned vacation. As for the pool hours, these are legislated by the HOA and the Association Manager. This is out of the control of myself and CONBAR Properties. I will be happy to take this to the board on future meetings. For the record however, we do send out the RULES and REGULATION for Seychelles to each of my guests once they have booked. It does state in these Rules that the pool hours are from 9 AM to 10 PM. For any potential guest reading this I have taken this one step further and make sure the R&R are available to all guests before they book. Please don’t hesitate to ask any questions.
This is our favorite area of PCB. We call it the quiet end. Close to St. Andrews State Park. We’ve been staying at Seychelles for ten years. Love that it is next door to Schooner’s. Makes for easy access to drinks while on the beach and a great spot for lunch or dinner. We chose this condo with its perfect location on the 3rd floor - easily park on the top level of the parking garage and walk across the bridge directly to your condo - no elevator needed! Owner is very communicative and has a very clean and updated condo. We will definitely stay in this unit again!

Gerry was amazing, he let us check in early and kept in contact! The room did have an awful odor the whole time we were staying like soured carpet, the room was also extremely hot and could never cool down, had lots of issues with getting stuck on the elevators, Gerry was great to work with though, probably just some things need done to the room! We love Seychelles though and hope to return!

We are so sorry you had to experience this. I only wish it would have been disclosed upon your arrival or during your stay. As it turned out the A/C unit was not functioning correctly. In fact, it for all intents and purposes it completely stopped working the weekend you checked out. The guests who checked in after you had reported it upon their arrival and I immediately contacted our service technician who replaced the fan motor. I will gladly provide a copy of the bill to any perspective guest who would like to see proof. It shows on July 1, the day Amy checked out it was diagnosed. The unit was only 4 years old and under warranty. Had you contacted me during your stay I promise I would have afforded you the same luxury. Someone would have been there immediately and it would have been addressed. We are always very responsive to our guests, as readers will see by our other reviews. We would have been no different in the case. Had we been told during your stay it would have sent someone immediately.
As for the elevators those are the responsibility of the complex. Fortunately my unit is on the 3rd floor.
We enjoyed staying at Seychelles. The extra touches with decor, lounge chair on patio, hand soap, and cleaner was nice! Plenty of hangers, which was a huge plus for our family of 5. The host was PHENOMENAL with some issues that did arise and did everything in his power to correct issues. Being able to park on the 3rd floor and walk into the room was nice! Two elevators did stop working several times during our stay, but the steps were nearby for when working elevator was too crowded. And the elevator in parking deck was available when needed. Excellent view from balcony and loved having a door to the balcony in the master so we could go out in the mornings without waking the kids in the living room. Complimentary chairs for beach service is a great addition as well.
