Cozy 3-bedroom, remodeled home in charming Fayetteville, AR centrally located.

Welcome to our cherished cottage-style home, where our love story unfolded. Every inch of this place holds special memories for us, and we've poured our hearts into remodeling it while staying true to its cozy charm.
You'll be ideally located just minutes from the University of Arkansas, fantastic restaurants, and convenient grocery stores. After a day of exploring Fayetteville, relax by the fire pit in the private backyard or cook up something delicious in the brand-new, fully stocked kitchen!

This newly remodeled 3 bedroom home will accommodate anyone wanting to visit NW Arkansas for a few days! It sits on a large corner lot in the middle of town with quick access to College Ave., the main street that runs through our beautiful city.

The master bedroom has a dedicated workspace, queen sized bed and a private bathroom with a shower. The second room, we like to call the Razorback room, also offers a queen size bed and the third room is great for kids offering a trundle with 2 twin sized beds. Each bedroom has a smart TV, a dresser for storage and a full sized closet.

The fully stocked kitchen provides anything you need to make a meal or bake your favorite treat! The full sized pantry will hold lots of food and/ or can be used for extra storage. All appliances are brand new!

Our cozy living room has plenty of seating including a pull-out queen sized sofa bed. Turn on the fire and relax in front of the 65" smart TV or enjoy some friendly competition playing a board game or cards.

Outside, you'll find a large family table that seats 8. Enjoy a meal cooked on the brand new gas grill in the privacy of a fully fenced in back yard. Then, chill by the fire pit sitting in genuine stadium chairs from Busch Stadium....go Cardinals!

One of the nicest STRs in Fayetteville

We have stayed in a number of places in Fayetteville and this is easily one of the nicest. Really comfortable, well appointed, and a quiet location. Easy to get to the U of A, the greenway, downtown, etc. Hosts were great to deal with. Highly recommend!

House had everything we needed (even filtered water), and the garage with door opener was a life saver. The trundle bed was too short for our son but he only stayed one night and used the sofa bed and slept well! We didn’t need use the outdoor space because it was too hot. We had no issues with noise or neighbors. Overall a great stay!

Girls weekend

This property was perfect for our girls weekend. The space allowed us each to have our own areas but the kitchen & living room was great for games & cooking together. The listing said it had a well stocked kitchen & it didn’t lie. This was the first time we actually had everything we needed in the kitchen. They even had hair dryers in the bathrooms. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks so much.

I am a proud Fayetteville native and love our beautiful city! Born and raised here, I met my husband in college while attending the University of Arkansas. After marriage, we lived in Illinois for a few years, but always wanted to come back home. Once we got the opportunity to come back we jumped on it so our daughter could grow up in the town we love surrounded by family.
Our daughter is now a teenager and our favorite thing to do is watch her play basketball, volleyball and cheer. We love sports and enjoy going to games at the UofA to cheer on the Hogs!!

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood and home are special to us. It was our first home together when we got married 23 years ago. We bought it from my husbands Aunt. After moving away, we then sold it to my Aunt who rented it out for years. We just recently were given the opportunity to buy it back and it's been a labor of love as we remodeled it to share with you. We hope you enjoy spending time in a home full of our family history!
