We had a great stay here. It was cute and comfortable, including comfy beds. Convenient to get to U of Ark. Having access to a garage was helpful for move in.

Property is well located, clean and very comfortable. The check in and check out instructions were clear and communicated quickly which I always appreciate. The upstairs air conditioner was not working properly when we arrived and they worked very quickly to get it repaired for our stay. We truly appreciate how they worked to make our stay the best. We would love to stay here in the future.

I booked this stayed property as part of an annual football roadtrip for 4 guys. The location was about 10 minutes from the football stadium. The host (Laurel) was most helpful with any questions we had and addressed every concern we raised.The house was perfect for this trip as each person had their own BR and bath. I would wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone with activities or a visit to the University of Arkansas in mind.I would rent this property again Let me add, and this is important - I have rented numerous properties over the years and this house had the BEST STOCKED KITCHEN (pots, pans, utensils, etc) of any property I have ever rented!

This was an absolutely wonderful vacation. There is plenty of parking, and the house is just wonderful. I hate to give it such a glowing review, in fear that it won't be available the next time we need to come to Fayetteville. The host went above and beyond in terms of communication and support. I highly recommend.

July 4th Fireworks

This property is really cute! It is very spacious so our whole family could be together! We could even see the July 4th fireworks from the upstairs balcony.

Wonderful experience

My wife and I along with a few guests stayed at this property for my Daughter’s graduation from UARK. The location was excellent as it’s less than 10 minutes from campus. The home was clean and appointed nicely. I have no complaints with my stay.

We had a great experience at this house. The house itself is very nice and it is in a nice neighborhood. We had everything we needed. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely rent this house again!

Vols come to Arkansas

This Vrbo was perfect! It’s beautiful, clean, cute little neighborhood, lots of space and the nicest little touches from the host (chocolates, cookies, k cups, even soaps and laundry detergent) we had a great time visiting Arkansas and relaxed in the house with our friends and family all weekend! Tough Vol loss, but a fun trip!

Wonderful House in Charming Neighborhood

This property was a great fit for our family of 5! Our host was very welcoming, accommodating, and communicated quickly regarding any of our questions or needs. The house is very clean, thoughtfully decorated, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a long weekend in Fayettville. The beds, in particular, were very comfortable, and the kitchen was great for preparing family meals. The house itself is located in a charming, safe, quiet neighborhood (ideal for walking and skateboarding), it was convenient to most, if not all, of Fayetteville's numerous attractions. Thank you! Highly recommended!
