Fifth Ave is a 10 minute walk (only 7 blocks) The guest house has a small backyard and parking for one car. This property, in addition to the guest house, has a main house that is used year round by the owners. The guest house guests do not have access to the pool and outdoor kitchen. The owners previously rented the guest house on a yearly basis but it is now available on a seasonal basis. The guest house features a cozy queen bed, convenient amenities like WiFi and a washer and dryer and outdoor grill for outdoor dining. Experience what Naples has to offer, all within walking distance.
