All new furniture and Large 75” TV’s for watching movies. New pool (7’6” deep end) w/ spa. Enjoy a huge outdoor patio with beautiful fenced back yard for privacy and landscaping. Soft seating includes outdoor sofa and loveseat w/ fire pit and outdoor grille for outdoor cooking. Large outdoor dining table for 6 and bar top seating for 4.
