The cozy living room is furnished to feel like your home away from home with plush couches, smart tv, and an electric fireplace. Enjoy some indoor leisure time here, as well as at the formal dining table set for 6. Here guests can share delicious homecooked meals from the fully equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, coffee bar, and cookware.



This home sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area.

- This is a walk-in unit.

- 2 unassigned parking spaces are available.

- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

- The home is not pet friendly.

- The home has 2 full bathrooms, each with a shower/tub combo.

- Washer and dryer in unit.

- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Beautiful views

This condo was very nice and close to the Branson strip one way and Table Rock Lake the other without the traffic! The views from the parking lot were beautiful and the communication was excellent with the property management.

Nice property

Nice property. Master bedroom is a little small. It’s a bit of a drive to go places but not terrible. Easy to miss the turn into the rentals. Also, the signs and building numbers a bit confusing. Once we finally found our unit it was very nice. Ample parking. Very quiet and secluded. We’d stay again.

Nice place to stay

Overall was a good place to stay. We noticed that even though the rules say no smoking in and outside, others do not follow this. There was a bit of a cigarette smell in the unit, unfortunately. We brought our own pillows and noticed it immediately when we returned home that they had picked up this odor. The unit could use a cleaning to remove this, and a greater fine to those that break the rules. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Nice Place to Stay

It was a nice condo to stay in. The only thing we didn't appreciate was when a lady put in the code to the condo and opened the door up on us. She didn't tell us who she was or what she was doing there. We were worried that she might come back and take our personal items. We still don't know who she was. She left quickly when she saw us. It was scarry. Not sure if she was someone who rented this unit before or a cleaning person or the owner or who she was? This is why I can't give this rental a top notch review.

Perfection!

We were in town for a State Archery competition, and other families told us they had reservations at this complex, so we wanted to book here as well. I looked at a lot of properties, but this one stood out to us immediately, and it did not let us down. We loved everything about it! We were a party of 3 adults + 3 high schoolers. Bedrooms were top notch - all had TVs, comfy beds & pillows, and plenty of room! Both bathrooms had great shower pressure & hot water! The kitchen had everything we needed! And most important… the living/dining space both had room for all of us! The couches were great and the dining table was perfect for all of us to play games and eat. Oh - nearly forgot this - the property Mgmt communication was AMAZING! We had communication leading up to our stay, immediate replies to a few questions during our stay, and they even had the lights on & tv ambience going to greet us when we arrived. 5 stars across the board for this one!! Thank you for a great experience!!
