This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a king-size bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.



Bedrooms #2 and #3 both include a queen-size bed, TV, and balcony access.



The home also includes an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• This is a walk-in unit – no steps.

• Lot parking is available for up to 2 vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis. The required parking pass will be issued at the front gate.

• This home is pet-friendly. A maximum of 2 dogs, 35 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. If you are bringing a pet, the required pet fee is $125. To avoid fines, please keep your pet on a leash and pick up after your pet.

• The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• The community outdoor pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
