The Space:

The open-concept design gives direct sightlines between the living room, dining area, and kitchen - optimal for enjoying each other's company. The living room offers ample seating with an oversized sofa and chair with ottoman. This room also features a TV and access to the outside patio. The covered patio offers furniture and is a great space to enjoy your morning coffee, or a nightcap.



Back inside, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to whip up scrumptious meals from home. Additional kitchenware such as a coffee maker, toaster, and more are available for your convenience. The extended counter is perfect for extra prep space with help from fellow guests or day-to-day casual dining with the counter seating. To enjoy more formal meals together, a dining table for 6 is steps away.



The home sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably between 2 private bedrooms and the sleeper sofa in the living room. Wherever you land, it’s sure to be cozy with each space furnished with luxe linens.



Bedroom #1 is decked out with a King bed, TV, patio access, and private en-suite. The en-suite features a shower/jetted tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:

- Walk up with steps (16 steps).

- Parking available for up to 2 vehicles in the parking lot at a first-come, first-serve basis.

- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees. 


- A laundry closet with a washer/dryer is available for guest use.

- Indoor Pool open year round.

- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

- Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
