We’re very sorry to hear that your stay didn’t meet your expectations. Our records and inspection photos from before and after your visit show that the property was cleaned, stocked, and inspected prior to your arrival. Throughout your stay, we maintained communication and promptly addressed the concerns that were reported — specifically regarding the TV, fan, and bathroom wiring. Unfortunately, the other issues mentioned in your review were not brought to our attention during your stay. Had we known, we would have been more than happy to address them right away, as we always strive to ensure our guests’ comfort and satisfaction. Our listing also provides accurate details about the unit, including the number of beds and bathrooms, to help guests choose accommodations that best suit their needs.
