Plaza Mar is a privately owned, 33-unit condominium community perfectly situated in the heart of the Romantic Zone in Old Town Puerto Vallarta. Just steps from the beach and only a minute’s walk from countless incredible restaurants, cafés, and art galleries, the building sits directly alongside a gorgeous park plaza—an unbeatable location for exploring everything the area has to offer.

This condo is amazing and the views from the balcony can’t be beat! It was the perfect size and location for my husband and I to relax and enjoy our vacation. We definitely will be back again and highly recommend staying in this place for anyone who is thinking about visiting Puerto Vallarta!

Location Location Location. We had a fantastic stay here and SO glad we found this gem. It was well presented, clean, photos matched exactly what you get (so often not the case). The view over the bay from the patio was to die for. Felt very safe in the unit and surrounding area, easy walk to tons of restaurants and things to do. Owner sends a list of recommended things to do, places to eat, etc. Seriously, the perfect getaway/home base whatever for a relaxing, fun trip to Puerto Vallarta. Will be back. PS highly recommend the water taxi to Yelapa for a great day trip. We did not like Seahorse restaurant (raw burgers, watered down refried beans)
