100 ft Los Muertos Beach/ 1BR+ 2Bth/ Amapas 353/ Upper level/ POOL/ GYM

Ocean view, 1 bedroom, king - size bed, great location. 5 min to nightlife, restaurants, shops.
This unit is on 5th floor, ocean views, in Amapas 353 building. As of Sept 2022 we installed new kitchen cabinets with a TV in the kitchen as well as larger wall mounted TV in bedroom. ( not in photos yet) .The unit has a second, small room with a sofa, it’s own bathroom, and a small workspace. The apartment has both a front and rear balcony which provide an incredible cross breeze and always an option to sit in shade or sun. You will be able to sleep quietly with the balcony open and be able to listen to the crashing waves from the rear bedroom. The building itself has only 21 units which give it a boutique feel allowing space to enjoy your privacy. It is located one block above Los Muertos gay beach and situated conveniently to bars, beach clubs, restaurants, and shops in Old Town (Zona Romantica). This is a great location because it provides closeness to the beach without feeling congested and an easy walk to attractions. It is not unusual to spot dolphins or whales January through March from the apartment balcony.
NOTE:
We are very close to Mantamar hotel, directly across from us, with a rooftop lounge. You shouldn't expect any significant noise but possible as is almost everywhere in Vallarta. More importantly you will not hear anything with doors closed and during mornings later evenings quiet.
For weekly rentals, we provide one mid week cleaning by long- term trusted employee.

Fantastic place. My bf who came along has been coming to PV for seven years and he says this is the best place he has ever stayed in. From the unique layouts to the community areas to the friendly clientele both local and from afar. We will be definitely coming back for future trips.

Perfect R&R Getaway

What a great week and location in Puerta Vallarta! Nice ocean views and it felt like we had our own private (amazing) rooftop infinity pool with comfy spots for both sun and shade. Easy check in and check out with Rob and Alfredo. We will be back!

Exactly as Promised

This is a great location and a great property. Great balcony views and extremely comfortable. Less than 5 minutes to the La Palapa Beach Club and a small grocery/liquor store. Rob (the host) was always available and very helpful. Alfredo, our on site person was very helpful too. All in all, a great vacation in a wonderful building.

Fantastic location with the best ocean and beach view in Puerto Vallarta! Gorgeous views of the sunset from the amazing rooftop infinity pool. Easy check in and check out process with the condo owner, Rob and caretaker, Alredo. Clean and spacious condo. We had a fabulous week!

Excellent condo/excellent location

The ability to open the glass slider in the morning and watch the whales and dolphins play in the bay was magical. We stayed in mid December and had the pool pretty much to ourselves. And even when we didn't, it was quiet and lovely and warm. We walked almost everywhere as the location of this condo is so convenient to everything we needed. The property manager, Alfredo, was warm and curious and answered all our questions about the condo, amenities, and local services and places. Getting an Uber was a piece of cake. Oh, and did I mention the bed? Oh, the bed. For me, it's been the best bed in all my vacation stays!

Beautiful place. Great location in the Romantic Zone

Had a great stay. Rob was very helpful and responsive when needed. Alfredo was helpful at check in and does a great job keeping up the property. Enjoyed getting to know him. The unit is very nice. Great view of the ocean from balcony. Rooftop pool and sitting areas are great and quiet. One day we had the whole pool area to ourselves! Easy walk to everywhere. We didn’t need a cab all week. Walked to breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as souvenir shopping. Only negative is the shower. Really bad water pressure but not a deal breaker at all. Would definitely return.

This was our 3rd stay in this condo, and we’ve already booked our next. We keep coming back because the condo has everything we need: a terrific view, proximity to beach and town, and a great host. The rooftop pool is also a huge plus.

Beautiful!

We loved it! Great location with easy access to beaches (both quiet and popular) and restaurants. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had a fantastic view. Then there was the rooftop pool which we had it to ourselves most of the time. Just amazing. Definitely recommend!

Great Stay with Amazing View

The property is great and the location is within walking distance to the beach, bars and several restaurants. The view from the roof top pool is amazing especially for a sunset swim. Communication with the property management was easy and very fast. We will definitely be coming back in the future.

Wonderful Vallarta Stay

My wife and I stayed at Rob’s place in mid January 2020. Everything exceeded our expectations. Everything you have already read is true. The place is clean and has everything you need. Sweeping views of the Puerto Vallarta Bay. Restaurants aplenty within easy walking distance. The nearby market makes it easy to pick up anything you might want to keep in the refrigerator or to snack on in the condo. The beach is very close by. We loved the infinity pool a few floors up and split our time between the pool and the beach. When we needed anything, it was easy to message Rob, and Alfredo, the on-property manager was very attentive throughout the week. You will definitely be getting some exercise walking to and from the location, as it sits up on a hill a few blocks back from the beach. However, the trade-off is the incredible and expansive views from the deck. All in all, we loved it! We will come back! Thanks Rob and Alfredo!

Terrific Bay Views

This condo provided the perfect blend of bay views, proximity to the beach, and walking distance to restaurants. We enjoyed our breakfasts on the deck listening to the waves, and often migrated upstairs to splash in the rooftop infinity pool. Afternoons were spent either on the beach just down the hill or walking into town. Restaurants and bars are within a 20 minute walk from the condo. There is some noise from the roadway and nearby clubs, but that comes with the territory. The kitchen was well-stocked. We would absolutely choose this condo again.

Robs condo was exactly like discribed. Everything you need. I know a lot of people have been mentioning the walk to the condo but take my word for it that after all the delicious food and cocktails you devour in town that you will appreciate that walk.

Perfect in Every Way!!

Doing the research for my first visit to Puerto Vallarta really paid off in finding this condo! *Not too far from airport - yep...about 20 minutes *close to beach - yep - 5 minute climb down some steep and rather decrepit stairs (part of the adventure!) *close to shops, restaurants, bars - yep - great proximity *modern & high end - yep Overall ....Great to stay somewhere so nice but still have all the amenities of "old town" right there! The building / rooftop pool areas is immaculate...thanks to Alfonso. The unit itself is exactly as presented...very clean and comfortable with all the tools necessary. (great 2-zone a/c that was much needed as temperatures were in the 30's C!!) The view was spectacular! ....warning though....noise level is high...music from nearby beach clubs...construction (directly across, that hopefully won't impact the view) and just general "city" sounds...are the price you pay for such a great location in the thick of it! With doors closed the unit itself is very quiet though! Working with Rob, the owner, was a pleasure as he was always quick to respond to questions/issues. Highly recommend!...and hope to return! ....the "other" Rob

Very nice condo with spectacular views!

We were very pleased with the property. It was great looking out to Banderas Bay from the balcony! The sunsets were beautiful. The condo itself has a fully equipped kitchen/dining/living area, large bedroom with plenty of closet space. The bathrooms had nice upgrades. The second bedroom/bathroom layout was a little weird, but workable. The topper was the washer/dryer included so we could pack less and do laundry during the trip! There was a TV in the Master bedroom with some English language channels available to watch, as well as Netflix. The lounge area and infinity pool on the top floor had very comfortable furnishings and also gives spectacular views of the bay and city. Everything is close; either by walking or a very inexpensive taxi ride. Taxis are everywhere in this town and all you have to do is walk out the front and stand there for a minute and a taxi will stop to give you a ride. Rob, the property owner was very nice and returned emails very quickly! He was very accommodating to a couple requests we had during our stay. I would not hesitate to stay here at 353 Amapas the next time we travel to Puerto Vallarta.

Fantastic Condo

My husband and I truly enjoyed staying in this beautiful condo. It was just as beautiful as the photos and description. It's very clean (thanks to Ana) and very comfortable. It has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. In my opinion, it's in the best building on that street (very well maintained and managed). Rob is very responsive and a pleasure to book with. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Rob was a great host and we had an amazing time in this property, ocean views are better than expected and unit is beautifly furnished. The rooftop pool was the best and along with everything else PV has to offer. If you wanna have a great time, Rob's place is perfect for it.

The Best of Everything!

All the reviews I read about this condo and Rob were spot on! From the beginning Rob returned all my inquiries promptly and thoroughly. He was there to meet us when my husband and I arrived, and gave us an overview of the accommodations. The condo is just lovely; it's airy and open with an absolutely fabulous view of the beach. The bed is beyond comfortable, with the tv in the bedroom. We never had a problem with internet connections which is a plus as we are fanatics! The condo is in easy walking distance to restaurant row, the beach and the malecon. If you need a taxi, you can just step outside as they ride by all the time. Even though the building is close to lots of town action, the condo is well insulated and we never had any noise at all. Could not ask for a better vacation experience.

This is a simple but great building. Rooftop lounge with infinity pool, GYM, views, and perhaps most importantly location.
Many people do not realize when they are renting that noise levels from clubs and buses at most rentals in old town are pretty bad. You can still walk to restaurants, bars, shops, but you will sleep well. This is a great apartment.

What makes this property unique

This property was designed and furnished for comfortable living and personal use and now being made available for rentals. It has everything you will need and we update anything that needs updating all the time. It is not a typical rental.
