Modern and spacious home with air conditioning and queen size comfortable beds for a great nights sleep. *There are blinds on all bedroom windows.* There is a fire pit and bbq grill for your use. Easy access to the entire surrounding lakes area. 5 minutes to hospital and 3 minutes to airport. Amazing panoramic views half a mile down a private drive with abundant wildlife all around. Quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Watch the sunrise and sunset from the decks. Only 20 miles to Itasca State Park:)
Bike on heartland trail. Lots of atv trails to explore. 4th of July PBR rodeo. Weekly live summer theaters and concerts.

Great place and a great location! Nice kitchen/island, bedrooms, etc. Love the covered decks. Total privacy. Very quiet. Nice view of the pond down the hill. Lots of stuff to do in the Park Rapids area - trails, lakes, fishing, kayaking nearby rivers, Midsummer Music Festival, Good Life Cafe in Park Rapids, Revel Brewing in Park Rapids, Nordic Coffee in Menahga... I can only think of a few maintenance things to mention as ways to improve it - the hand soap pump in the kitchen os on its last legs; if you found a good deal on shower heads, the showers could use some new ones, and maybe could add a Keurig (used ones can be found for cheap, though I suppose they need more maintenance).

We did texted to ask the questions three times and did not get replied back but we did figured out. 👍. Other side, very nice place to relax.

I was out of cell range during their stay. That is why there is an alternate phone number that is a hard line. If that is the reason for a 4 star review I would be very disappointed and would not want these people as a guest in the future.

Great cabin in gorgeous location

We rented this cabin for a long weekend getaway. The cabin was great! We loved the location, especially listening to the frogs bellow in the night. We would stay here again!

We’ll be back!

Our recent stay at this property was great! It’s a clean and well-stocked/organized place. The location is ideal if you are looking for a quiet getaway in a serene setting that is still a short drive from shopping and activities. The layout of the house is perfect for a family of 4-5 or two couples to share and still have plenty of privacy. The only suggestions that I would give to the owner would be to take a look at the front door deadbolt, which is finicky and to consider putting another little nightstand and two lamps in the Master bedroom. Overall, beautiful space. I have already forwarded the link to at least 3 other friends/family members to check into renting. Looking forward to coming back.

A long weekend

The back view is very peaceful. We made a path to the water to fish. We feed more fish than we caught. Hope you will be able to create a trail to the water, so that more can enjoy the water.

Perfect for us!

It worked great for us for the two nights we were there! It was easy to find the house during the day, but a little difficult in the evening. Spotting the street sign on the opposite side of the road was tough to see at night. The house was clean and set up nicely with having each bedroom on both sides of the main living area and kitchen. We were really only there for some time each morning and the kitchen had everything we needed for coffee. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were updated and clean. I would suggest adding towel rings in the master bathroom by the sinks and also sheer curtains or blinds on the shower room window. Really enjoyed the view from the house, we spotted deer one morning! Would love to visit again and take advantage of the whole house for a longer period of time!
