We are two sisters who have maternal roots from this area (Ylitalo). We wanted to create a home away from home, a space where families can reunite and spend time with each other!
Why they chose this property
Menahga is one of the safest cities in MN. Google it. We wanted to be by the lake & walking distance to stores, restaurants and shops!
What makes this property unique
This home is over 100 years old, has been preserved and well cared for. It has served in many purposes over the years as a house of service. A couple of examples are a boarding house for the kids of the menahga school teachers, a doctors office, hospital, bed and breakfast & much more. It has such a warm welcoming feeling that embraces all who stay here.
