Erossea could not have been a more magical stay. The location is perfect with lots of restaurants and a mini mart nearby. The Concierge service is top notch, and breakfast on the terrace was always delicious. I highly recommend this Villa.

This was the perfect villa for our family vacation! The villa was beautiful with spectacular views in a great location. Svatava the property manager was excellent, she took care of every detail from the delicious breakfast to fabulous excursions. We ended our time with a wonderful sunset cruise with Santos Sails. Erossea Villa was a beautiful property overlooking the Caldera. The sunsets were breathtaking every single night. The villa was as promised with clean and spacious rooms and bathrooms, comfortable beds, delicious custom breakfast every morning, and more. Best of all was the kindness and helpfulness of the property manager, Svati, and her staff, Billy and Maria. Svati helped us with everything we needed from arranging excursions, transfers to and from the airport and other activities, and even some unexpected health issues that came up. Our group ranged in age from 9 to 81 and everyone had an amazing experience that we will treasure forever!

Epic Experience

For our family vacation we rented the entire Villa for our family of 9. We planned and dreamed of this vacation for a year, and our experience far surpassed those dreams. Svati worked with us for months prior to our arrival to help us plan and ensure we had everything we needed; she also met with us each day to inquire on our plans and was prepared to assist with plans or transports when needed - she was amazing and instrumental in making this experience a trip of a lifetime. The property itself is even more beautiful in person and extraordinary clean. The sunsets were spectacular. We highly recommend this property and only hope we get to go back some day.

Magnificent Santorini Stay!

Villa Erossea was simply magnificent! we traveled as a family group of nine adults and found this place simply amazing. The views of the Caldera were breathtaking. We found the villa super clean, and complete with all first-class luxurious amenities. The private pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all. AMAZING VILLA!! ABSOLUTE PERFECTION!!

This villa is what dreams are made of! We could not have asked for a more beautiful villa--perfect bedrooms and bathrooms, perfect pool and hot tub, perfect location, perfect villa host...the list goes on! The villa was immaculate and had everything we could possibly need. Svati (the villa host) and her team were the best! She communicated with me months in advance and answered all my questions immediately. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. We never had to lift a piece of luggage. The housekeepers were amazing. Breakfast every morning at the villa sitting outside was surreal. The personal chef was such a nice treat! The views of the caldera and sunset at the villa were like nothing I have seen before. The views in Imerovigli are better than in Oia! From the villa you can easily walk to restaurants and shopping. Firostephani and Fira are an easy 30-40 minute walk. And the trail from Imerovigli to Oia is steps away from the villa. I would stay there again in a heartbeat! Everything about the villa was perfect and I will never forget this trip :-)

Beautiful villa with an incredible view of caldera

From the moment we entered the property, we were spellbound by the view and ambience of the villa. Svati was a wonderful host and checked in regularly to ask if we needed anything.Billy and Maria took excellent care of our breakfast(which was fabulous!) and housekeeping needs. The beds were very comfortable and a/c was more than adequate. The coffee machine and kettle were very helpful for our large group of 10. There is no need to scramble anywhere else for the famous Santorini sunset….just sit on the villa patio.The only suggestion I could add would be to add some hooks in bathrooms to put toiletry bags and swimsuits on. All in all, we couldn’t have asked for better accommodations for our first trip to Santorini. We will definitely return to this special villa.

Most Memorable Stay Ever

Pictures don’t do this property justice and it’s only further enhanced by the staff and attention to detail. Our group of 10 friends thoroughly enjoyed this breathtaking villa. Svati was the perfect hostess and really made sure all details would lead to a wonderful experience. She arranged for all transfers, made recommendations for restaurants and shopping, and arranged for a sunset catamaran tour. Her and Erossea staff were always available without feeling like they were lingering. Housekeeping kept the whole villa spotless without us ever seeing them. They were like a ghost. The home itself is the most amazing and unique place I’ve stayed. We enjoyed being in Imerovigli where it was quiet but we could easily walk to Firostefani or Fira. We also hiked to Oia one day and Svati arranged for a car to bring us back. It’s hard to find the right words to describe how beautiful Erossea is. Our group will have wonderful memories that will last a lifetime from our stay. I would highly recommend Erossea villa and hope to some day stay there again.

A World-Class Experience!

From the day we booked this property to the day we left, I am overwhelmed and overjoyed by the experience. The Erossea villa is the most stunning property in every sense of the word. The villa is impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated. And the view is utterly magical. We originally had intended this holiday to be shared with our extended family but they were unable to attend so we had the entire property to ourselves (our family of four). This would be a great spot for extended family or couples vacationing together or even a small wedding party. I cannot underscore what a difference Svati and the staff did in providing first-class/white-glove concierge service. From breakfast served in the morning, to setting up dinner reservations, transportation and recommendations for activities -- they just went above and above and beyond. Svati visited the property every morning to go over the day's schedule and check in on our happiness. There aren't enough stars to give that would equate to how wonderful the experience was for our entire family. I would highly recommend Erossea Villa and Svati for your next holiday!

Amazing Villa stay with friends/family

I can’t put into words how amazing our stay at Erossa Villa was. My husband and I stayed for two weeks and during that time had 16 different friends and family come and go throughout our stay. The staff at Erossa accommodated all of our visitors cleaning the rooms for the next guests. Svati, Maria, and Billy worked so hard to ensure that our stay was wonderful. The breakfast served every morning was fantastic. There was so much food that most days we only ate dinner as we were full from our amazing breakfast. It was definitely a plus to walk out in your robe and have hot coffee and breakfast on the outdoor balcony waiting for you. The villa itself was so clean. Maria also came in each morning while we were having breakfast and cleaned the rooms and brought clean towels. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning was great! The location was perfect as there were so many places that you could walk to for shopping and food. We watched the sunsets from our Villa and at Oia and thought the sunsets were the best from our very own Villa. The views of the caldera were so beautiful. Svati did a great job recommending great places to eat and arranged all of our transportation for us. This service was wonderful. I know that our group was like herding cats, but she was able to keep us sorted! Our stay was so great, we plan to bring our children for vacation next year.

Better than advertised

Firstly the property was stunning. Family of 6 with the “kids” being all over 18 - so the 5 bedrooms made it easy. The outdoor area was fanstastic with pool and spa and view. Secondly Svati and her team service was floorless. From pre arrival to check in to frankly 18 hour a day “at your service” attitude arranging transfers and tours. Thirdly the daily breakfast was unexpected and fab. We chose 10am most days to allow some exercise pre (when it was cooler) and then be filled up (big breakfast!) for the day until dinner. Location for us was also brilliant. We enjoyed being a little bit out of Fira (about a 20 minute walk) so we could do a daily/nightly walk. In the end most tours are transfers and walking to and from restaurant/shops was part of the visual experience. We are glad we didn’t stay in Oia (too busy and too quiet) - but we did transfer there one afternoon and stay for dinner and also did the hike there early one morning and stay for lunch (before transfer back). The boat tour Svati organised was also a highlight - half day sunset. All in all this was one of the nicest family holidays we have done (6 days was enough) - great memories

Absolutely Wonderful

A 5-star resort experience in a private villa with AMAZING views! From the moment you arrive in Santorini, everything you need is coordinated by Svati! Transportation, restaurant and beach reservations, food/drinks, recommendations…… endless and 24/7. Villa - very well maintained and clean. Layout works great for two families, first level provides 3 bedrooms and the main level has 2 bedrooms and a large family room with couch that can be used to sleep someone comfortably. The team cleans and makes the rooms every morning, while you and your family enjoy a wonderful freshly made breakfast on the patio. The pool is large and overlooks the most amazing view of the sunset. Location is perfect. It’s a quick ride to either Oia or Fira. The TEAM - Before you arrive, Svati begins to coordinate everything for you. Transportation upon your arrival, tours, reservations, stocking the fridge, custom breakfast menus, etc. Endless! Whatever you are looking to do, Svati not only has excellent recommendations, but she can secure reservations and knows virtually everyone you need to know in Santorini. This is our 3rd time to Santorini and this trip was our best one! We cannot recommend a better place to stay on the island!

Dream vacation In Santorini

I’ve traveled my whole life and can truly say I’ve never been so impressed with the view when our airport transportation van pulled up and we were greeted by the amazing host. This was a family trip with 7 of us. We all had our own suites & bathrooms. It was perfect clean, spacious, updated , daily breakfast, Pool, Spa, everything you need. The Caldera (volcano crater) is spectacular! Yes lots of steps on Santorini but a built in workout. We had no crowds in mid October and the weather was cooler than the summer months but breathtaking sunsets, fabulous restaurants and lots to do. We booked a sailing tour that was amazing with Sano Sails. This place is a dream and this volcano crater island is not like anything we’ve ever experienced! Loved Imerevigli the best of all the areas. It’s the most exclusive area, not crowded and not overtaken by the daily cruise ship crowds. Easy beautiful walk to Fira but amazing restaurants right in Imerevigli like Vezene, Mavro & Avacado. Gyros at Let’s Eat. Excellent massages too right at the villa. Seriously the best vacation ever!

From the pre-visit through having to leave at 3 in the am, the process and stay was fantastic. Property is amazing and fit the 8 people we had perfectly. Everything is new or updated, the view is the best on Santorini for the sunset as it's in the middle of the island and away from Fira and Oia and you get an expansive view. The village is excellent as not a ton of people there like the other towns and everything is within walking distance. Breakfast every am was awesome and had our choice of whatever we wanted. Service outstanding from the property manager being so accommodating and fast to respond to our requests through to housekeeping. We will visit again.
