Short trip for us but the room had all we needed for what we needed to go out on the beach! Convenient location to things in town and easily accessed the beach! The bed was super comfy....slept so good! We very much enjoyed the stay here!

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront apartment in Jacksonville Beach. The place was spotless and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. The location was amazing, with easy access to the beach and gorgeous views that made the stay even more special. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again.

We had a wonderful stay. The property is very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. The host provides excellent communication. We enjoyed being steps from the beach and the amazing sunrises each day. It was nice to enjoy the balcony each evening and listen to the waves. High recommend.

The walk to the beach was pretty close and easy. The pool very nice and 30 feet away! Perfect for a couple. Wife and I really enjoyed there. Host provided everything. Have never had that before. Even provided kruig coffee for the guest! Easy, clean, comfortable, super nice!

The room was exactly as advertised. Everything we needed was made available. Perfect beach vacation and close to everything. The host Tina was fantastic. Very responsive from the initial reservation all the way through checkout. We would definitely recommend this unit to our friends and family.

The condo was beautiful and it was very clean, but we were amazed at how fully equipped it was from kitchen supplies, even coffee iPods were there along with nice thermal containers. Besides that every kind of beach equipment and bathroom toiletries and supplies were available.The pool is shared with two buildings units but was clean and hardly used by others, but we used it almost every day, We loved the patio andsat out every night enjoying cool breeze from the ocean. We could not see the ocean from our unit but enjoyed the easy access to the park next door with access to the ocean. The bed was extremely comfortable with its mattress topper. We definitely had a wonderful time and highly recommend this property.Tina, the owner, was very easy to communicate with if we needed anything. This is definitely a 5 star property.

Nice stay for the weekend.

Great location for being just steps away from the beach. Enjoyed my daily walks on the beach. Beach chairs & towels provided were nice to use.Comfortable for two, but would be crowded for more. Essentials were provided for most everything we needed.Tina was a great host and provided the info we requested.

The only thing I would "complain" about would be the construction outside our apartment. It was noisy early in the morning and when we went outside the dust from the things flying around got in our hair and on our clothes. The workers were very polite and considerate. We would've preferred having a heads up about what was happening before arriving. We would come back and stay, as we really enjoyed the apartment. The proximity to the beach was fantastic. Tina, thank you for your quick responses to questions and concerns.
