This ground floor unit, in a quiet, well-maintained complex, opens onto a large grassy lawn, and is just a few steps away from the pool and the private, non-driving portion of the beach. Our condo is ideal for a relaxing and fun-filled family beach vacation. Features 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 bunk bed, and 1 twin bed trundle. This condo complex is very well maintained and boost very tidy and well manicured grounds. We love the quaintness of the complex.

What makes this property unique

Our specific unit has the unique positioning on a wide lush green lawn for our kids to safely play while we relax on the lanai. We love that we also can park directly in front of our door for super easy access, And being on the main level means no climbing up and down stairs.
