Beautiful Unit!

All 9 of us stayed very comfortably in this spacious, beautifully decorated penthouse unit! The layout of the unit was very well thought out and designed. Loved the furniture and decor but most of all the amazing panoramic views of the gorgeous Gulf! Quick and easy access to the pool and beach was perfect for our group with young kids! We had a fantastic stay and are already looking forward to our next trip down! Thank you for such a fun and relaxing vacation!

Beautifully decorated penthouse!

This condo is beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable with plenty of living, eating and sleeping space. The pictures do not do it justice - it’s larger than it appears. My family of adult children and father in law joined us for Christmas here because my son is stationed in the Navy in Pensacola. This condo was perfect to celebrate Christmas Eve and Christmas with double ovens and lots of amenities. There were quiet spaces where people could escape to relax and read if others were watching football in the living room. There are gorgeous views of the beach and bay, especially at sunset, from all the windows throughout the unit. All the beds were very comfortable and large private baths. Hope to return to this beautiful home!

Nice, but needs some attention for a Pent House

The property is pretty, especially the pool and beach. The rental itself is very pretty and decorated beautifully, but the living room furniture needs replaced to be comfortable and practical for the beach life. There is NO bar or grill on property which is unfortunate with a gorgeous pool area. Because of the location on the main road, you cannot walk anywhere and there is really no place close to eat or shop. We loved the ice maker in the unit. That was helpful. The master suite was gorgeous, but much nicer than other rooms. Carpet needs cleaned. Cable TVs need serviced.

Indigo East PH 2104

Initial check in process was poor, lady that checked us in was not very friendly and condescending. We were beginning to think we’d made a mistake deciding to spend our summer vacation at Perdido Key after 10 years of incredible experience at Destin. Once we got into PH 2104 we were extremely pleased with the condo. Credit must be given to the operations staff as they were very helpful in helping us find our Condo after the young lady that checked us in gave us incorrect directions. There a few minor issues with the Condo but maintenance was Johnny on the spot to repair and prepare a report. During our stay we misplaced an item of sentimental value, maintenance crew once again, Johnny on the spot located the item and returned it to us. Michael, the person in charge of the beach settings is a gem, he was always helpful and ready to assist as needed during our week on the beach. Clearly the staff made up for what started as a poor welcome by the lady handling the check in. In fact that lady was so rude to one of her Co-workers who was pregnant, trying to place blame on her. They say first impressions are important, I say you should get rid of her so no other guests experience the same poor welcome we recurved. Hats off to the other service staff whom made our stay so enjoyable. God willing we’ll return next year, hoping you have 5 bedroom units for lease, we spend every summer at the beach with all our children and grandchildren. Next year we’ll need a 5 bedroom condo.

THIS PLCE IS AMAZING!

I wish I had the words to describe this AMAZING PENTHOUSE. The pictures do NOT do it justice! We vacationed with another family and we had MORE THAN ENOUGH room for everyone. The bedrooms were spacious, and very comfortable (3 king rooms, bunk bed room, and also a den with a pull out couch). The kids LOVED the 2 sets of double over double bunk beds. Many a fort was made! Every bedroom has an attached bathroom with granite counter tops. The master suite was gorgeous, and had a wonderful view of the ocean - the bathroom was all luxery! The entire penthouse was decorated beautifully, not a detail over looked. As soon as you walked into the condo (from your semi-private elevator) the soaring ceilings and beach themed decor was awesome! The view was spectacular! We especially loved having our own gragae in the parking garage - it made taking all of our beach and pool gear SO EASY! AND, it kept the sand out of our condo! The grounds of Indigo are wonderful, the walk to the beach is right out the back door, the pool was a HUGE highlight - very clean, and not overcrowded! Grills were always readily available. The workout room is a bit small, but I did not have to wait for any equipment. The only negative thing was that we had to go home! LOVED the Perdido Key area!! Also - I want to say that the management company, Luxery Costal Vacations, who manage this penthouse were AMAZING throughout the entire booking process. The nicest, most helpful people I have run across in a long time when dealing with management companies. We had to work within a budget, and they did everything they could to help our 2 families find something that could work for the both of us. I will be using them for our next beach trip next summer
