Watch dolphins play all morning and witness beautiful sunsets in the evening - all right outside your private wrap-around balcony on the 12th floor! This glorious high-rise is directly on the Gulf of Mexico overlooking eight miles of unspoiled natural preserve.

This condo is a three bedroom and three bath unit that offers spectacular views of the entire beach and a luxurious interior design. Almost 2000 square feet of paradise with two master suites as well as a third bedroom with two twin beds. Perfect for multiple families vacationing together or just lots of space for relaxing on the Key. Entire living area and one of the Masters has recently been tiled.

Gulf side master bath includes cultured marble, HUGE stand up shower with bench seat, large garden tub with whirlpool, large walk-in closet with separate vanity area.

New flat screen tvs have just been added in the living room and all bedrooms. Condo also includes surround sound in the living room and wireless cable internet.

Special property features include large pool with sundeck, lap pool, hot tub, grilling area, beach walkover, fitness center and tennis courts. Convenient to golf, dining and shopping.
