Beautiful three Bedroom two bath cabin with Wood Burning Fireplace, and Creek Frontage. This Cabin has a Mountain View and is located less than 5 miles to Downtown Blairsville. The Cabin has Internet Access and is Pet Friendly. Nice 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Cabin close to Lake Nottley. This cabin is less than 1/4 mile from the Nottley Marina and it also has a Creek flowing through the Front Yard just below the Cabin. Enjoy the Nice Screened-In Porch and the Peace and Quiet. Outside there is a Horse Shoe Pit, Tire Swing, Fire Pit, Pond, Creek and Sporting equipment (Frisbee, Football, and Soccer Ball). PETS: In order to consider pets in our rental, we need some additional information. What is the breed of your pet? How old is the pet and how much does it weigh? We need information concerning your flea control treatment for your pet. We agree to consider pets in our rentals under these conditions:
1. There is a $50.00 non-refundable pet fee.
2. There is an additional $25.00 non-refundable cleaning fee.
3. Pets must remain crated when unattended.
4. Pets are not allowed on any furniture, and you will be held responsible for all damage to the property.
5. If you bring in any undeclared pets, there will be a charge of $200.00 per pet added to your stay.
6. There is a maximum of two pets per household
SPECIAL REQUEST PETS OUTSIDE OF DOGS MUST BE APPROVED BY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT PRIOR TO DAY OF ARRIVAL
Pets are not to be left unattended in the home at any time. Regarding Service Animals, due to the homes being privately owned, the rule of having Service Animals does not apply, as the owner of the property may be allergic, so Service Animals are not allowed to enter these homes as they are privately owned homes, the law for Service Animals does not apply here. We have many homes that do allow pets, please be sure to check with our office ahead of time. If your pet is a barker and we get complaints about the barking, we reserve the right to ask you to leave without a refund. Please be sure to pick up after your pet and dispose of droppings in a tied plastic bag. Please ask the staff where the pet towels are located in your vacation rental. Please do not use the guest towels. Please be advised that any damage caused by your pet will result in additional charges. These charges are determined by the homeowner. Dogs must be leashed.

No unauthorized parties, underage drinking and/or controlled substances of any kind will be permitted. No Smoking in the house, smoking is permitted outside and on the porch. Please use ashtrays provided. No refunds will be issued if you are asked to leave.

Nice home

It was hard to get a hold of the property manager. There were things in the listing that didn’t apply. There was not a dishwasher and instructions upon leaving We’re not accurate. The home is very nice and the stay was very nice. The overall experience was great.

Several items that would have improved our stay.Needs window covering in upstairs bathroom - uphill neighbors could see straight into the room.Upstairs toilet ran continuously and tank would not fill unless lid was removed and then flush by reaching inside and pushing the button.Loft bedroom needs more privacy.Needs brighter overhead lights on main floor.TV reception is almost unusable.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Why Do You Need A Buyer's Agent?
First of All Having a Buyer's Agent Does Not Add to your Cost.
The seller along with the seller's agent pays the buyer's agent fee. Many buyers mistakenly believe they would get a better deal if they do not use a buyer's agent. They assume that since the seller has to pay the agent a commission, they would be willing to pass those savings on to the buyer if they do not use an agent. This is NOT true. In fact, seller's agents charge the same price regardless of whether or not you use an agent.

Here are a few things a buyer's agent does:

Helps you through the negotiating process. This is probably the most important part of having an agent represent you. The agent working for the builder or seller has one job and that is to sell you a home – maximizing the profits for their seller. You have to understand everything you're signing including addendums to the contract, possible delays, what would happen if your current home doesn't sell, etc. The most important thing to remember is that a buyer's agent helps walk you through everything step by step and works FOR YOU, not the seller.
Makes sure you don't overpay for a home. If you buy your home directly from the seller's agent they are only looking out for the seller's interests. A buyer's agent will provide you with valuable comparable properties and five you their opinion of the value.
