Welcome to The Pit Stop — your affordable home base in the New River Valley!

This comfortable 3-bedroom, 2-bath home sleeps up to 8 and puts you close to some of the area's favorite destinations.
Visit Virginia Tech and Blacksburg, hike the Cascades, spend the day on the New River, or head to Mountain Lake Lodge — the famous “Kellerman's” from Dirty Dancing.

Each bedroom has a queen bed, with two additional twin rollaway beds available. You'll also have a full kitchen, Wi-Fi and plenty of room to relax after a day of exploring.
Flexible check-in is one of our perks!
We also offer an afternoon checkout, giving you time to sleep in, enjoy your coffee and pack without rushing.
You'll also be within easy reach of Dismal Falls, Appalachian Trail access, Radford University, Christiansburg, Claytor Lake and more.
One important thing to know: The Pit Stop is located directly off Route 460. Traffic can be heard from the property, and there is no fenced yard or large outdoor play area. Children should be supervised outside, and dogs must be leashed outdoors. We want you to know this before booking so there are no surprises when you arrive.
