The cabin was cozy and perfect for our short stay during a hiking trip to Fall Creek Falls! The owner was great with communication and quick to respond when we had questions or needed something! Would definitely recommend
Very nice, comfortable cabins tucked away on the Cumberland Plateau just a few miles from Fall Creek Falls TN State Park. I have stayed here several times while working in the area and I always love it. Will plan to return again soon.
While we didn't bring our dog this time, the property is pet friendly. We do plan on a return visit and will have our dog with us! The rules/instructions are simple and easy to follow; the property was as described and very clean. It has adequate cookware and towels and a few other amenities. It is close to the State Park as well as Spencer, just in case you need any additional items. The cabin was perfect for us! Very quiet area plus has a trail leading to a beautiful lake. You might even be accompanied by the resident cat, Sunny. Definitely recommend this property. there are other cabins available and i would venture to guess they are all clean and waiting on you!
The cabin was clean and comfortable, and the property was beautiful. There was a walking trail that led to a “lake” with a nice gazebo for relaxing. We were close to everything we needed. Very convenient! We will be back!!!
Nice cabin that sleeps 6 comfortably. Quiet relaxing setting. Clean on arrival. Peaceful walking trail down to the lake. We enjoyed our stay while we visited Fall Creek Falls State Park.
We enjoyed this stay so much at Twin Oaks! The property owner as well as property manager were so friendly and wonderful to talk to. We had everything we needed and it was not far from Fall Creek Falls. We can’t wait to book again!!!
Second time I've stayed here and it has been fantastic both times. I come through the area for field work in remote locations and these cabins are a great place to stay. Easy to get settled in, cook dinner and breakfast, and take off for another day of exploring. Highly recommended!
I have stayed here before and I always keep coming back. It’s located so close to the Falls and is always clean and the owner is very responsive to any requests or concerns. I will be back!
Great location, wonderful owner, Manager and mascot (sweet kitty named Sunny). The cabin was quiet, cozy and clean. Hope to return, many hiking trails in the area still to conquer.
As described very quiet setting in a small group of 3 other cabins. Cabin has everything you need and a nice outdoor space with large swings, a nice fireplace and plenty of free wood for s’mores.
Kids loved the loft, fire pit and kitty! Very nice piece of land cabins are on. Owner on site if you have any issues. Great location close to the state park!
Ver cozy cabin exactly as represented on vrbo. We enjoyed sipping coffee on the porch in the mornings while watching the dear, and enjoyed the campfire at night. Very quiet and comfortable, and close to both fall creek falls and rock island. Loved this place.
We loved our stay here We had teenagers with us that also loved there stay The most fun afternoon was the firepit and having hotdogs and s’mores roasted outside We saw beautiful waterfalls and scenery
Great Place, quiet. Trails to hike, pond, gazebo and fire pits. Jim is an excellent host. I'm sure we will include it in future trips.

About the host
Hosted by James M Campbell
Retired in 2004, I needed something to do to occupy my time. Since originally being from TN, and owning several acres on the Cumberland Plateau, it seemed only natural that I would eventually return to my home state. Renting vacation cabins came purely as a coincidence after buying out an ol' Navy buddy and winding up with more cabins than I could use. Since I enjoy meeting and talking to different people, this seemed to be a perfect fit for that passion.
Why they chose this property
I bought this property several years ago after passing through the area on trips to my mom's place in KY. Since the Cumberland Plateau area offered such serenity and beauty it seemed only natural that I would wind up owning property here.
What makes this property unique
The quiet and beauty of this area is what attracted us here in the first place. To be able to actually own property here on the Cumberland Plateau and be able to enjoy its beauty year round is a true blessing.
