Bring your boat! Dock space is available at our condominium complex on the bay side for an additional charge. We also have bay access for paddleboarding, kayaking, and fishing. Bayfront Park across the street has pickleball, tennis, fitness, basketball, kayak and canoe rentals, and the Ace Hardware also across the street rents bicycles. The most incredible shopping and dining experience is just a seven minute drive away at the magnificent St. Armand's Circle.

The Living/Dining Room is nicely decorated with a new Bassett sectional, an over-sized chair w/ottoman, large flat screen TV, a 6-place dining set and new sliding doors out to the lanai.

The Kitchen is fully stocked with all of the utensils and cookware you will need for preparing delicious meals.

The Master Bedroom has a king bed, QLED TV, new sliding doors to the balcony, a private reading area, huge walk in closet and master bath with a walk-in shower.

The Guest Bedroom has twin beds, an adjoining bath with shower/tub and a private reading area.

Local amenities are just minutes away and include all that the Sarasota/Bradenton area has to offer including theatres, restaurants, water sports and a large selection of cultural gems - Sarasota Opera, Ringling Museum, Mary Selby Botanical Gardens, Asolo Repertory Theatre, Mote Marine Laboratory and Aquarium, plus many others.

Longboat Key is but a short drive to Busch Gardens and the Hard Rock Casino in Tampa and Disney World in Orlando.

Lovely escape on LBK

The condo is as pictured and is quite spacious. Mark II is a smaller building and was only partially occupied during our stay. As a result, we had the pool to ourselves quite a few times. We enjoyed our stay despite the dreaded Red Tide which was present the entire time, and allowed only a couple of beach days. However, we were able to use the pool daily and spent a lot of time on the large lanai for meals and appreciating the wonderful ocean view The owner was very responsive to any questions as well.

Gorgeous View of The Gulf!

Wonderful stay in LBK for 3 plus months. The views of both sunrise and sunset are very special. Friendly condo community. Beach just steps out your door. Pool too if you can pull yourself away from the beach. Layout of condo is great if you have anyone visit. Liz is a responsive host should you have any questions. Washer broke while we were there - in spite of the scarcity of washer dryer units Liz had it replaced within a week! No easy accomplishment after the hurricane. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

Perfect Stay

The condo was a two bedroom/two bath with a screened in porch right on the beach. Pool and beach are just steps from the condo. The building is very quiet. The owner responded immediately with answers to my questions and replaced a broken coffee pot in a day. I would highly recommend this condo and am anxious to rent it again! It was perfect!

Perfect beach getaway!

This was by far the best place we've stayed for a long time. Perfect location for a relaxing getaway. The beach was beautiful. We got to watch dolphin and manatee swim by daily. The pool is very clean and a great size to get a few laps in. The condo was very clean with everything we needed to enjoy our stay and more. We couldn't have been happier with the entire overall experience and hope to stay again very soon!

Wonderful place. We really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed on Longboat Key in the winter for 5 years and this was our favorite place. Owners were wery nice and responsive to our needs. Place is well appointed, and we didn’t have to use some things we brought with us, since everything we needed was there. Wish we can get it next year. Met some nice people at the pool. Pool is warm and one can swim even in the evening. Nice water temperature.

Winner in every way

We have stayed her 2 years in a row, and each time has be great. The condo looks just as it is pictured, inside and out. And not only that, but it the best stocked place I have ever been in, including every beach place at the Delaware, Jersey and Maryland beaches. There are plenty of linens, beach things-chairs, great umbrella, beach towels, loungers, sand toys-even paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, tissues). This is a smaller condo building, only 17 units so there was plenty of space on the beach and at the pool. One of the things that is a real plus to me, is that everyone who has been here when we are is so friendly and welcoming. Many of us had grandkids visiting during our stay and it was fun for them to have other kids to play with sometime. The owner was always responsive to any questions and so easy to work with. Sarasota offers lots to do if you head south, and north is Anna Maria, Cortez and Bradenton offering some fun things, too.

Wonderful condo!

This condo is really nice! Each room is very spacious. The master bathroom has a large tile and block glass shower that I really liked. The master BR had a makeup table area, as well as another room with plenty of shelves, drawers and hangers--I would call it a closet normally, but it was it's own room! The furnishings are the best we've experienced in a condo, from the high def TV, great WIFI, spacious dinner table and very comfortable living room seating and bedroom beds, to the very comfortable furniture on the screened in lanai overlooking the beautiful beach and water of the Gulf of Mexico. I fell asleep on the reclining chair on the lanai one day. The breeze was so nice! The kitchen was very well appointed with marble counter tops and plenty of dishes, utensils and drink ware. The Nautica towels provided in the master bath were very nice! I hope to buy some for myself. The pool was very nice and never crowded. The parking area was just steps off of the elevator from the room. Just a few paces from the pool, was the beach. We saw manatees, dolphins and rays up close in the clear water. That was a thrill that we plan to experience again soon! We drove to several of the restaurants that are close by. Also, there's a nice recreation area open to the public just down the street along the bay. We walked there a few mornings to shoot some hoops (balls were provided) and enjoy the views of the boats on the bay. There were never any crowds there and the court was very well maintained. There is an Ace Hardware just down the street where you can rent bikes, if you choose, and other places will deliver kayaks for daily rentals. I wish I would have kayaked the gulf some...I'll do that next time, because we plan to go back! There is a Publix grocery just a mile or two south of the condo. It is a great store! This condo is great and I would highly recommend it to anybody looking to stay in Longboat Key and take in all of the beauty of the Gulf Keys and Sarasota area!

Outstanding!!

This property is fantastic - meticulously kept and has everything you need for a week of relaxation and fun. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and I would highly recommend this property for a family. The pool and beach are beautiful and after a long cold winter we took full advantage of the beautiful screened in porch. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic condo

We were so lucky to be able to book this wonderful condo for our stay on longboat key. It is decorated very nicely and well kept. Everything was so comfortable and easy. The screened in porch was FABULOUS. We had breakfast out here each morning and enjoyed it in the evening as well. The beach was beautiful just out the door a few yards away. If you like to stay in really nice places this is it!!!

A Real Gem

Our family of four stayed for two weeks in this lovely, recently renovated condo. We were delighted with all aspects of our rental experience and had a wonderful beach vacation. This condo is all that it is advertised to be. The unit is spacious, comfortable, and the furniture and decor are high quality and very fresh and new. You have an amazing view of the gulf from most rooms. The pool and beach are a mere 60 steps from your door. The property is quiet and common areas are well maintained. It is in an ideal location: mid-key, halfway between the excitement of St. Armand's Circle and neighboring Anna Maria Island. Bike rentals are available at the nearby Ace hardware and are a great way to see the island. Of course restaurant and entertainment options are virtually limitless with St. Armand's and Sarasota only minutes away. I would recommend this property especially to smaller families who are looking for an affordable option for a longer term stay and who also value quality, comfort, privacy and close proximity to the beach.
