Enjoy a lively living room with a smart TV and foosball table, along with a cozy king-sized master bedroom featuring a sitting area. The backyard offers a covered patio and a fenced yard, perfect for relaxation. Located near homes featured on HGTV's Good Bones, you’re also close to Fountain Square and Garfield Park. The space includes a well-equipped kitchen with essential pots, pans, and cooking tools. The spacious central island with seating and a cozy breakfast table for two are perfect for sharing meals. Step out to the covered patio for fresh air in the fenced backyard. Although there’s no dishwasher, the joy of a homemade meal makes it worthwhile.

The neighborhood is evolving, showcasing a mix of older homes and newly renovated properties, including ours. Notably, seven homes nearby have been revitalized by HGTV's Good Bones.

Overall Nice stay

The home was clean and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We did however run into a small (major) issue but the host got right on it. There isn’t anywhere to park without parking in someone else’s space which could cause an issue. Other than the issue I URGENTLY brought to the host attention and parking it was a pretty decent getaway.

The environment that surrounds this house is worrying, there are always people out doing who knows what and the property was not very clean. Some furniture had very bad stains and we didn’t even sit in the living room barely at all. It is close to Lucas oil. The listing photos are pretty different from what the property actually looks like. At night there would be people blaring music and bikers that would just ride around the block over and over. The parking is little to no, you’d be lucky to find a spot on the street as your next to an alley and there is no parking in the lot in the photos posted. Overall the environment and condition of the property was unsettling.

I don't want to be cruel but this was absolutely not what I was hoping for. The description included "quaint, downtown, renovated area" - it wasn't that when I pulled up to the house. There is minimal parking near the house. The neighbors definately don't want visitors. We pulled up and the neighbors were instantlyinstantly yelling about where I
