We weren't expecting the Ritz Carlton but this fell short of our expectations. No directions provided on how to access Wi-Fi and TV in living room powered on but no working remote, even after changing batteries. We had to do a load of laundry and the washer machine was just stuck in a loop. It would cycle through to spin and then refill with water again and again. This went on for a couple hours until I finally stood over the machine until it completed a spin cycle and interrupted they cycle. The clothes were absolutely soaked but the alternative was to just keep cycling through in the washing machine hoping it would complete successfully. Placed the clothes in the dryer and cleaned the vent filter that was packed with lint. The dryer then kept warning to clean lint filter, which was already done, so I could only conclude the dryer vent was also filled with lint. This meant an extended dryer cycle and I had to stand by and restart as it kept turning off after lint warning. So to complete a simple load of wash took over 4 hours. This completely ruined our morning plans. Other minor issues include perishables left in the refrigerator, watered down hand soap dispensers and body wash in the shower and an wobbly, unsecured toilet in hallway bathroom.
