We had a great time, the house is very nice and the game room made the entire weekend. So many games and activities that everyone in our large group have something to do from young to old we all had a fantastic time. The hosts were very responsive and helpful we would definitely recommend this property and stay again.

The Norway Chalet was a beautiful place for us to stay! The property was extremely clean and well taken care of. The Loon Lounge (game room) was an incredible addition that we had fun playing pool, ping pong and Pacman in! The hosts were responsive and made sure we were settled in. We had everything we needed at this house. Although we stayed in the winter, the view of the lake and snow was fantastic. We would love to come back, maybe in the summer, to enjoy the lake! Absolutely recommend this place to stay if you are traveling to Norway.

The hosts were very responsive for any questions, prior to and during stay. The house was very clean and cozy. The beds and bedding were the nicest we have slept on. The game room was super nice with lots of options for entertainment. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. We stayed in Winter, so did not get to explore much outside. Roads were maintained well for travel and fresh sand was applied after snowfall. Hot tub was very relaxing. Hope to return in Summer.

Scott was great to work with. House was beautiful and just as described. Kitchen was well stocked with up scale utensils dishes, pots and pans, etc.. Game room fun for kids (and adults)! Enjoyed swimming, fishing, kayaking, campfires and lazy days on the porch or lake.

Beautiful home true to description. Very clean and very good communication with owners when needed. Game room was great and had a lot of different games to keep everyone busy. Truly remote location which brought peace and quiet. Restaurants are close especially loved 290 Maine. Great food and great staff. Would recommend this home to anyone looking for a Great Lake house experience.

Beautiful property on North Pond. We kayaked every day and my grandson basically lived in the pond. The house was immaculate and perfect for us! The loon lounge allowed the older adults to sleep in while I snuck over there with my 6 yr old grandson for a morning of games. In the evening it was enjoyed by the adults. Great pool table, pinball machine, arcade games, etc! The location is convenient to many location attractions with lots of hiking enjoyed by all! The grill came in handy as was filled up which was nice. A beautiful home and very helpful owners. Hope to return!

This place is AMAZING

I truely can’t say enough good things about this place. The host was so responsive, every inch of the house was clean, extremely beautiful inside and outside. I couldn’t think of one thing that wasn’t there that I needed. This was such a special trip it I got engaged here and plan to return. Thanks for making our experience as great as it was. Beautiful Lake House

Beautiful house on a peaceful lake. The foliage colors were beautiful on the water. Loved hearing the loons. Norway is a quaint New England town with shops and restaurants. We will definitely rent tagain.

The perfect lake house.

We can't say enough about this incredible property. It's definitely top-notch in every way. The view, the home, the amenities, working with the owner... it was all very thoughtful and well done. This new property is pristine and literally has everything you could need. Want to relax? Grab some tea and sit on one of the decks, sit by a fireplace, or spend time in the jacuzzi. Want to play? Hit the Loon Lounge or grab the canoe. For the first time in any vacation in decades, my wife and I chose to skip going out to dinner every night so we could enjoy the views of the lake, sit by the cozy firepit, and play games. It really was a special experience and we will definitely be back.

This place was hands-down one of the best places we have ever stayed. Every amenity was thoughtfully selected and provided, and functional as well as attractive. From the abundance of beach towels to the insulated cups for lakeside drinks, to the fabulous bedding, to the chunky knit blankets, to the incredibly well - stocked kitchen, we were grateful and delighted at every turn. The house is lovely, with outstanding lake views. All the teenagers from our two families stayed in the loft space. The Loon Lounge, with arcade games, pool and ping pong table, big tv and recliners, was a teenage hangout dream. (Although the adults logged plenty of fun hours in there, too!) The pond itself was lovely. Excellent swimming- we were in the water every day- and such a great pond for exploring via kayak/paddleboard/canoe. The boats provided were great, and we brought some of our own, too, to have a full fleet. Terrific fishing, which was a major win for a few members of our party. The town of Norway is perfect- easy to get groceries, cute shops and restaurants. We floated the Androscoggin, and hiked Buck’s Ledge, but spent most of the time lakeside, as it was too perfect to leave for long! We would return here in a heartbeat. Bottom line? Five glorious stars.
