The place was perfect for our family(2 adults, 3 teens and 2 boxers). We rented a pontoon for a few days and was able to park it at the dock. Kids were able to get some fishing and swimming in too!
Huge property, secluded location and absolutely perfect! This was just what we needed, fishing, bonfires and relaxing. We will absolutely be back in the future. Thank you!
My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. Property was perfect for our needs with a covered dock for the boat, room for the dog to run and a nice home with newer appliances and a large grill with places to relax both inside and out.
This is our new favorite place. The house was clean and homey, the grounds are lovely, and we enjoyed the ease of having our boat in the private dock and coming back and forth. We will be back!

Kelly I am so glad you enjoyed your stay. I absolutely know that the grass had to be high because of the storms and rain but the outdoor shower, fire pit and little bridge bring me many great memories and I am glad that you have made some for you and your family at my Lucky Lake Cabin.
Nice property One neighbor was an issue I know there was a recent storm so there were some issues outside A good property for the price and the hosts were nice
Wonderful family getaway! Family of 7 & we had plenty of room to spread out, have game time & meals around the table. Quaint bedrooms & well stocked kitchen.
This was the third year in a row to stay at this property. We love the house and the covered boat dock. The driveway is steep but there are no steps to the lake
driveway was difficult to go down. House was nice but a little on the dirty side. plenty of space to spread out and husband and grandson loved the fishing. overall we had a very nice time at this location.

Hello, the review prior said the house was very clean so I would be interested in knowing what you saw that you thought was the Dirty Side so I can address that with my cleaning help.
I also clearly show on my listing that the drive way is steep but there has not been any issues as it is way better than some of the driveways I see in the mountains.
We enjoyed our stay in the lake house. It was spacious with a large desk overlooking the yard with deer, squirrels, and lots of birds. Beds and other facilities were great!
Our family stayed here for a week and had a great time! The property had everything we needed plus more! We enjoyed fishing down at the rock just about every day and we loved the small jon boat and kayaks! The house itself was great and provided plenty of beds for the whole family and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for the week! Thanks for a great stay and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get away for a while!
We had a good time. Was slightly disappointed that the listing stated an old geezer row boat and 2 kayaks. Which was why we chose this rental over others and the boat was gone & 1 kayaked had a hole so was unusable. Owner offered to bring another or repair but we bought an inflatable boat and had a good time anyway. Pictures made it look bigger but there was enough room for everyone and the lake access was nice. Definately a steep driveway lol. Quiet & peaceful just what we needed.

Yes it is for sure peaceful and I have a place in Gatlinburgh so this drive way is Nothing compared to those in the mountains. LOL. I am sorry about Ole Geezer but I did communicate that it was stolen. I believe my son purchased another kayak and got it down to you when you said one of them had a hole in it. So sorry about the disappointment and we all wish nothing every broke or got taken and so I appreciate you just making the best of it and getting you a probably very cool inflatable boat! I will have to check those out.
My wife and our pups enjoyed our stay at the lake house. We hiked in the state parks and spent some time fishing from pier.
Thanks for letting our family share your lakefront property!

I love all water activities and currently spend time in KY, IN, TN or FL. I am always doing something on or near water and the lake is one of my favorite getaway places. No crowds, no traffic, and only the sounds of boats or fish jumping on my hook.
Why they chose this property
Lucky Lake House was purchased in 2002. The goal was to find a place that was on the lake, had a dock, had privacy and wasn't so large that it would take a day to clean. When we saw the for sale sign at the top of the hill but could not see the house a good feeling came into my heart. The realtor said some where afraid of the steep drive and I thought 'there are tons of steep drives around here' but none that has such a great place at the bottom of the hill.
What makes this property unique
Away From Any Roads, Down in Valley With Other homes way up above us. outdoor shower, great fishing from dock, Huge Outdoor Deck and Under Deck Areas,.Fire pit, Ole Geezer Row Boat, Optional Kayaks, Bose Bluetooth music player (hook up inside or outside).
