Located in a recently remodeled building and filled with natural light, this apartment is an inviting city escape, just steps from local dining and shops and close proximity to institutions such as Brown University, the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD), Johnson and Wales University, and Providence College, making it perfect for students, faculty, and art lovers alike.

THE SPACE

The apartment offers three spacious bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed, and plenty of character with lovingly maintained hardwood floors throughout. In the bathroom, gleaming tile and brass fixtures add a touch of luxury, and a stackable washer & dryer pair offer convenience for longer stays.

The newly renovated kitchen features a contemporary black-and-white motif and central island, while vibrant artwork brings pops of color and energy to the bright white walls. The separate living room offers a cozy spot to relax and catch up on your favorite streaming shows.

Pop down to the building's convenient street level eatery for one of their famous burgers!

Please Note:

- The stairs are a steep climb to the third floor. Please use caution when climbing them.
- Please ensure common hallways and stairs remain in good shape.
- One parking pass for apartment is included.
- Children ages 11 & under do not have to be listed as adult guests, but we do require that you let us know how many kids will be with your group so we can account for them

Charming apartment in a great neighborhood

The apartment was adorable, plenty of space for the 3 of us. Easy check-in/check-out. Neighborhood was easily walkable with restaurants/bakery/dessert nearby.Highly recommend!

Great experience

Apartment is in a great location - right in the midst of several good restaurants, and a few blocks from a nice playground/park. Recent renovation was nicely done. Kitchen is well equipped, towels and linens are good quality. There was a minor issue with hot water that was promptly fixed by the owner, who was very friendly. Overall, a great experience and we hope to be back soon.

Beautiful apartment in a vibrant neighborhood

The description of the listing is very on point. The interior was very well-designed with beautiful details. Solid selection on the furnitures especially the mattresses, firm and supportive. My family members were very satisfied with the sleep quality during their stay. The only two things that I would like to add is the stairs were a little steep. Take that into consideration if your party include elderly people that might find steep staircases to be challenging. Help them with the suitcases. Another thing was that there was a live construction site right next to the property. Fortunately, only 1 out of 4 days during our stay was sunny, so we only woke up to the construction sound at 7am for the first day.Other than that, an amazing experience here in Providence.
