Sleeping arrangements

A queen size 12" memory foam mattress promises a restful night, and a full sized air mattress adds flexibility for an extra guest. The open‑plan design keeps the space airy while still offering a dedicated sleeping zone.



Living & entertainment

A comfortable sofa faces a TV, providing a simple spot to unwind with a show or a book. Wood‑finished floors run throughout, adding warmth to every step. The building offers shared gym access and a pool table, perfect for staying active or passing time on chilly evenings.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen includes all the basics you need to prepare breakfast before heading downtown or a quiet dinner after a late arrival. A modest dining area fits naturally into the studio’s layout, supporting everyday cooking without excess.



Bathroom & laundry

The full bathroom features a walk‑in shower and hot water for a refreshing start or end to your day. An in‑unit washer and dryer make longer stays or winter travel convenient; shampoo and standard essentials are not provided.



Work & connectivity

A dedicated workspace and reliable Wi‑Fi let you focus on remote tasks or stream your favorite content. Heating and air conditioning keep the studio comfortable throughout the colder months.



Building amenities & safety

Self check‑in is handled through a lockbox, and the building includes an elevator for easy access. Exterior security cameras, a front‑door Blink doorbell, and smoke and carbon monoxide alarms add peace of mind.



Location & neighborhood

With a Walk Score of 72, Transit Score of 66 and Bike Score of 82, you’re well positioned to explore Salt Lake City without a car. Downtown, Temple Square, the Salt Palace Convention Center and the Delta Center are just minutes away, while Salt Lake International Airport is a short drive. Paid parking is available nearby if you bring a vehicle.

Guest Access:

The entire apartment is for you to use except for locked storage cabinets.



Other Things to Note:

Please let us know if you need early check-in, late check-out or a parking permit for the parking lot and we will arrange that for you.



Early Check-in:

$35 fee check-in at 2 PM



Late Check-out:

$35 fee check-out at 12 PM



Parking Options:

On-site parking lot: $5/night
