Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify a few points. We asked about the sleeper sofa because the reservation was for four guests, so we simply wanted to make sure the home was being occupied within the reservation details—not to question your family’s sleeping arrangements. As noted in our pre-arrival communication, additional linens and supplies need to be requested before check-in so the cleaner can bring them during the scheduled turnover. Because they were requested afterward, an additional trip to the property had to be made to deliver them. We’re also very concerned to hear about the mold/mildew odor, as this review is the first time it was brought to our attention. Had we been notified during the stay, we would have immediately investigated the source and addressed the bathroom concerns as well. We always want the opportunity to correct an issue while our guests are still in the home.
