The front of the home features a fully fenced front yard with a gorgeous fragrant garden and seating area. This is the perfect place for morning coffee and bird watching.
Head over to the private beach located at the end of the road and past the pickleball court (about a 2 min walk). There you'll find many adventures, including exploring tide pools at low tide and the most amazing sunsets.
The Primary bedroom features a comfortable queen size bed, its own personal bathroom and dressing room.
The second bedroom has a restful queen size bed, extra blankets and a cozy chair.
The bonus living room features a comfy, luxury chair and pullout couch, along with two twin beds that can be pushed together for a larger bed create extra sleeping spaces. Fun for the whole family with a ping pong table and other games

This property is a top pick among guests. Established as a short-term rental in 2019, it has been a pleasure to share this serene neighborhood with visitors for several years. It boasts a central location on the island, just minutes from the town center and the airport, both reachable by a mile and a half walk on flat terrain or by taxi for those without a car.

The area includes a pickleball/tennis court and exclusive beach access for our guests. The home features an expansive, sunlit lot perfect for lawn games or playing fetch with your furry companion, and a secluded garden where you can unwind with a book.

We welcome pets, with a fee of $100 for the first pet and $50 for the second, with a maximum of two pets allowed.

Very clean and centrally located on the island, so close to restaurants, shops, hiking etc. The ping pong table, pickle ball court, and beach just up the road gave us things to do when we were at the house.

Great communication by the host from start to finish, fast to answer questions. The property is well kept, very clean and well located near the water and town. We were in Orcas for our daughters wedding so this was really just a place to sleep so we did not get to take full advantage of the house amenities or the community.

We had a great stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and very spacious. The garden in the front yard is beautiful, and the perfect spot to enjoy coffee in the morning, as long as you don't mind sharing the space with hummingbirds and. The nearby beach was great and so easy to access; we had fun checking out the tide pools and doing a little rockhounding. The location of the house made it easy to find and it's central to both sides of the island. The private beach was great for sunset, but even more amazing was North Beach, which is only about a 3 minute drive away. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely Spot on Orcas Island!

My family (5 adults) 1 dog stayed here for a long weekend during our first visit to Orcas Island. The location was perfect for exploring different parts of the island and close to stores & restaurants in Eastsound. We loved walking to the private beach area each morning and evening to spot wildlife and enjoy the mountain & sunset views. The property itself was very clean with comfortable beds, ample supplies, and nice personal touches. The outdoor garden was beautiful and my brother's dog loved laying in the fenced in yard. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Property and Location!

Highly recommended stay on Orcas Island!This home had every amenity we could ask for...and more! We cooked dinner each night in the well-equipped kitchen, played outdoor games in the spacious backyard, walked often to the nearby neighborhood beach, and made great use of the pickleball court. The house was also very dog-friendly...our little guy especially loved the fully fenced front yard. Kristen, the property manager, was wonderful...her hospitality and communication were top-notch. We stayed for 7 nights and had an amazing vacation on Orcas Island!

This place was lovely and had the coolest little tide pool beach. Make sure to go at low tide. The rec room area was great for our kids and the kitchen was well supplied. Just wish there had been better communication about early check in, as we were told we should be able to and that the host would let us know as soon as the cleaners left but we didn’t get this communication. Otherwise it was perfect!

Spring Break Getaway

Our family had a perfect spring break getaway. Kristen was a wonderful and attentive host, the information on the online guide book was so helpful and appreciated and the house was amazing. There was everything we could need and more and it was so cozy. Our teenage son made the big great room his domain, the BBQ was so nice to do some grilling, and the view from the living room was so peaceful. We also enjoyed relaxing in the rocking chairs in the garden. We saw otters, seals, dear and the birds were always chirping. We enjoyed the beach and loved that we were in the middle of the island and everything was so easy to get to.

Quiet Weekend

The property is very clean and well stock. It has everything we need. I LOVE the garden!The neighborhood is really quiet. I like the early morning walk to the dock.I gave 4 stars for 2 reasons.- I really thought the property is by the beach. It's about a block down.- And the bed in the smaller room made noises with slight movements and we could hear it in the main bedroom in the middle of the night.Overall, this is one of the best houses that we have stayed in.

Excellent family rental. Very well stocked home with nice little touches like good quality toilet paper, and everything in the kitchen you might need such as a garlic press. The neighborhood is great, only a short walk to the beach. Only a couple things I wish were improved: the master bathroom shower does not get very hot - this likely just needs adjusted in the cartridge as the rest of the home had nice hot water. 2nd, I wish the main bedroom didn’t share a wall with the 2nd bedroom as it doesn’t allow much noise privacy. The bonus room was great for my teenagers and overall the property worked great for our family. Oh, and the fenced yard is absolutely beautiful!
