As your on-island host, I am available for support 8 am-5 pm daily, and 24/7 support for emergencies.

🚗 Parking: Limited to two cars only due to a shared driveway—strictly enforced.
🏙️ Prime Location: Just a 2-minute drive (or a 5-10 minute walk) to downtown Eastsound, home to local shops, restaurants, and grocery stores.
🥾 Walk with Care: The road is steep, so sturdy shoes are recommended for the hike home.

You'll receive a Welcome Letter three days before your arrival with directions to the house and access information. There is a lockbox located next to the front door with a key inside. There is an extra key inside the house as well.

Welcome to our stunning craftsman-style home, where breathtaking views of East Sound await you! 🌊✨ With 1,600 square feet spread across two stories, our spacious retreat is perfect for families looking to create unforgettable memories together.

As you step through the front door, you’ll be greeted by our inviting great room, which seamlessly combines the kitchen, dining, and living areas. Our kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring Bosch appliances and an array of cookware and gadgets to whip up delicious meals for your loved ones. 🍽️ The living and dining rooms are furnished with modern, comfortable pieces from West Elm, making it the ideal spot to relax and enjoy each other’s company. And don’t forget to step out onto the large balcony, where you can soak in the water views and enjoy al fresco dining when the weather is just right! 🌅

On the main floor, you’ll find the spacious Master Bedroom Ensuite, complete with a custom-tiled shower and tub combo. The double vanity and radiant floor heating create a spa-like atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. 🛁

Head downstairs to discover two cozy guest bedrooms and an additional full bathroom. One guest room features a queen bed, while the other has two twin trundle beds, making it great for kids or friends. The shared bathroom boasts custom tiling and radiant floor heat, along with a relaxing shower/tub combo for those much-needed moments of tranquility. Plus, with a private entry downstairs, you can access a covered patio with seating and our lovely backyard.

While our yard isn’t fenced, it offers plenty of space for your furry friends to stretch their legs. Just a friendly reminder to keep your dog on a leash while exploring the neighborhood—thank you! 🐾

For those who need to work or study remotely, you’ll appreciate our reliable WiFi, which supports multiple devices for seamless video streaming. We’ve even provided folding desks in the Master Bedroom closet and Guest Bedroom for a convenient office setup. 💻

And don’t worry about laundry—there’s a washer and dryer available for your use on the main level!

We recommend you have a car or bike for transportation around the island. There are many amazing parks, beaches, and trails to explore, so driving is the most convenient.

If you are flying to Orcas Island, there are rental cars, shuttles, and taxi services available.

We welcome one or two well-behaved dogs at Cool Breeze! 🐶 Please review our pet policy before booking and contact us to register your dog.

✅ Pet Guidelines:

Pet Fee: $150 non-refundable will apply.
Dog Limit: Maximum of two dogs (no exceptions for three or more).
Breed & Size: Dogs must be 60 lbs or less; certain breeds may not be permitted. Please provide your dog’s breed and weight when booking.
Behavior: Pets should be well-socialized and friendly with strangers.
Supervision: Dogs cannot be left unattended inside or outside. Please bring a crate if needed.
Furniture & Bedrooms: No pets on furniture or beds. Carpeted bedrooms are off-limits for pets.
Cleanliness: Owners must clean up all pet waste, including in the yard. Please bring doggie bags.
Grooming: Trimmed nails and regular grooming help reduce shedding and maintain cleanliness.
🚨 Additional Cleaning Fees: If extra cleaning is required due to pet hair, stains, or mess, a $50/hr fee may apply.

Please make sure to check the home carefully before checkout. Any personal items left behind may be returned upon request; however, a minimum $25 handling fee plus the cost of postage will apply. This fee covers the time required to locate, package, and coordinate the shipment of the item.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.
